Bonjour Mesdames et Mesieurs,
I bring great news. Not only a part of Sirians help us against the Royal scum, but within the more guarded systems of our beloved Gallia, I have found people aiding our cause as well, being able to supply us with...
The shipments first head to Quillan, where hired engineers from Sirius are recoding cargo data, labeling our supplies as...
...et after it, pilots of Le Conseil bring it further to Champagne in way greater safety, because even if royalist patrols scan any of our cargo, it will display only Copper, et they will not be able to notice it's real value.
Stocks of deliciousCHEESEare available on Reims station, et we encourage transport pilots to volunteer in these supply routes.
CHEESEpour les peuples gaulois, pour Le Conseil, pour les toutes de vous, mes amis!

Bonjour Mesdames et Mesieurs,
I am sorry, but I have to bring disturbing news. During our meeting with the members of the Universal Shipping Inc. they made aware us of a pirate group named Liberty Rogues, their presence, their affilitation with the Outcasts et told about their infamous actions within Liberty.
After the meeting I happened to have to finish my supply run by bringing a load ofCHEESEto Reims, as usual. During my way to the Dauphine hole, at Remoulins I just met one of those Rogues, flying a quite ugly craft, et being accompanied by one of the members of La Famille de LaBrise de Mer. We did not have much words to eachother, the Rogue claimed to be only a tourist, et the Corsican had a bit rude attitude towards me.
Later on, that LaBrise attempted to establish a secure comm link between us et the following talk did happen:
Quote:[08.11.733 23:06:36] LaBrise|La.Veuve.Noire:I ask you to forgive me for my rude behaviour, earlier.
[08.11.733 23:06:47] LaBrise|La.Veuve.Noire:Let's say the Legionnaires gave me a bad mood.
[08.11.733 23:07:22] [C]-CLT-Fortune:Pas de probleme, mais can I ask you what were a rogue doing here?
[08.11.733 23:09:18] LaBrise|La.Veuve.Noire:He's... it's embarassing.
[08.11.733 23:09:21] LaBrise|La.Veuve.Noire:He's my lover.
[08.11.733 23:09:39] [C]-CLT-Fortune:Still, I have to know.
[08.11.733 23:09:51] LaBrise|La.Veuve.Noire:Business relationships, among others...
[08.11.733 23:10:02] LaBrise|La.Veuve.Noire:They're ready to supply people like you.
[08.11.733 23:10:45] LaBrise|La.Veuve.Noire:But the Legionnaires keep slandering my name still. Yes, maybe we do cooperate with the Royals, but it
[08.11.733 23:10:52] LaBrise|La.Veuve.Noire:also saved some of your operations in the past.
[08.11.733 23:11:01] LaBrise|La.Veuve.Noire:Maybe we're not into politics, but we know our role.
[08.11.733 23:11:06] LaBrise|La.Veuve.Noire:I love the Statu Quo.
[08.11.733 23:12:04] LaBrise|La.Veuve.Noire:I stood against Cardamine, and I stood against the Outcast menace, and yet the Legionnaires label me a traitor.
[08.11.733 23:12:17] LaBrise|La.Veuve.Noire:-Precisely- for these reasons.
[08.11.733 23:12:39] LaBrise|La.Veuve.Noire:Yes, I was assisting the Royal Police, but I do not want Cardamine here as much as you want.
[08.11.733 23:12:44] LaBrise|La.Veuve.Noire:I'm sorry if I'm rambling.
[08.11.733 23:13:02] [C]-CLT-Fortune:We will keep an eye on these Rogues.
[08.11.733 23:13:25] [C]-CLT-Fortune:Merci beacuop les informacions.
[08.11.733 23:13:56] LaBrise|La.Veuve.Noire:You can trust me, I don't have any issues with the Council.
[08.11.733 23:14:02] LaBrise|La.Veuve.Noire:Politics simply do not interest me, though.
[08.11.733 23:14:14] [C]-CLT-Fortune:C'est ok.
[08.11.733 23:15:16] [C]-CLT-Fortune:By the way, what was your role in that rogue being here?
[08.11.733 23:15:35] LaBrise|La.Veuve.Noire:He's my lover, I told you.
[08.11.733 23:15:45] [C]-CLT-Fortune:Oh, yeah, right.
[08.11.733 23:16:02] LaBrise|La.Veuve.Noire:We met on Curacao, in a Sirian system named Galileo.
[08.11.733 23:16:05] LaBrise|La.Veuve.Noire:A charming place...
[08.11.733 23:16:47] [C]-CLT-Fortune:Ah, oui, bien sur. *smiles*
[08.11.733 23:18:42] [C]-CLT-Fortune:Thanks again, au revoir. *channel out*
Seemed quite talkative, trying to blame stuff on La Legion, however in the end, she made a mistake, probably for not being aware that we recently visited systems within et near Liberty, including Cortez, where actually Curacao is. I'm not sure about how much she were lying about anything else, but I definitely don't trust her. Maybe she's not telling something.
All in all, we should keep an eye on these Rogues, as well as on La Famille. We could may even make contact with La Legion about this. Hard times these are, we should not fall now. Pour le Conseil!
Monsieur Pierre LaFlamme, your report about the Rogue pilot that has been spotted in Languedoc, together with a member of the La Brise family, before the meeting with the Universal, is really disturbing. Especially the conversation you had with the La Brise member gives me reason to worry. It is more than obvious that he was trying to hide something. And that he was lying in the end of the conversation makes the situation just more awkward. It gives reason to distrust the La Brise family member and I personally doubt that the stated reasons by the La Brise are even true. Therefore I will need a few individuals in the Council Navy to keep an eye out for the Rogue pilot in Gallia. And while you are at it, keep also an eye on the La Brise family. They seem to be working for groups that have a really bad reputation in the other houses of Sirius.
But now... to another topic.
It has been again a long time since the last promotion. During the time there have been a few individuals in the Navy that have proven skill and courage during many certain events. Therefore you shall be rewarded.
Starting with the lower structure: Alice Leroy and Michael Jackson has been promoted to the rank Caporal. Congratulation to both of you, you have showed the required skill in the field that is needed to show the Royalists the way out.
Further up, monsieur Pierre LaFlamme, you have really impressed me with your work and I am looking forward to hear more about you. You have been promoted to the rank Sergent, congratulation!
Last but not least the final promotion: Monsieur Anton Simard, you have always, since the beginning of your career in the Council, impressed me with your skill in the field and the courage to face every possible threat that we encounter. You shall be rewarded therefore, you have been promoted to the rank Commandant. Congratulation to you and good luck with your new responsibility that comes with the rank.

Bonjour Mesdames et Mesieurs, especially Monsieur Mazuret
I would like to thank you the promotion you granted me, merci beacoup. Et I would like to thank it with no less than a report of one of our victories in the Tau systems, over royalist forces. Thanks to my training with the guncam attached to the hull of my craft as well as with my Basilisk itself, I was able to assist our allies et take visual evidence of the event.
Yesterday a distress call was sent by the Colonial Republic, our allies. Heavy royalist vessels were approaching them, et even entered Tau-44. I have not much information about what they were doing there as when I arrived, they were already leaving back to Tau-23. This attack fleet of the Crown Commando consisted some snub-crafts, a Perilous-class Royal Gunboat and four Valor-class Royal Battleships. [1]
When I got back to Tau-23, I found the Colonials already setting up a strike team against them, which I could join along with Monsieur Simard who was also there. Our movements were organised, our actions were precise, our targets were clear.
First we targeted the Battleship named Le_Pouvoir. [2] Piercing it's hull was difficult at first, [3][4] but we brought it down. [5] Our second target was CCCP-REM. [6][7] Getting close to them et taking pictures at the same time became more difficult when a Lynx-class fighter got on my back. However this did not help to avoid the second battleship's fate of being blown up. [8] Looking at this picture I feel I could be a good photographer in civil life. Back on topic, the two last royal vessels had to face their inevitable end too, Le_Appel being turned into scrap as the third, [9][10] et Le_Salute being left to burn last. [11][12]
After this I found myself still being chased by the fighter, for not much longer of course. Colonial amis dealt with him fast. A few fighter crafts of the royals were still remaining in the system, but the Colonials thanked our help, et we flew home. The last think I saw on my scanners was five Colonials still chasing a lone royal scum.
All in all, we were able to get great advantage in numbers, agility, et the rocky asteroid field environment was helping us too. Those Capitals did not stand a chance. I still wonder why didn't they took more escort fighters with them.
Pour les Colonials, nos amis! Et pour Le Conseil! Viva la révolution!

Bonjour Mesdames et Mesieurs
I would like to introduce you the latest project of our research division along with the results of the last test. "Projet Caméléon" is a project aiming on the future stealth capabilities of our vessels. The method we are using is about changing the surface of our ships respective to our environment, hence the project naming. This type of, let's say, cloaking device will be effective mostly in nebulas. The main host of this project is Battleship CLN Chardonnay, but we plan testing the device on smaller crafts as well, in the near future.
Today's test was kind of a success. It took place within the Saint Remy Nebula. Both cloaking attempts were successful, although before the second try a small royal patrol approached our vessel. After cloaking, they were unable to track us further and left.

Bonjour,
well it is time for some paperwork.
Oui... Yesterday I gathered some informations about the presumable fleet strength about the newly discovered subsidiary fleet, callsign "GNF".
On one of my patrols through the Burgundy system I found them near the Dijon Station, were they immediately spotted me and began to intercept me. Well, I have to say that I underestimated them, as they manage to disrupt my cruise engine, about 60k away from the next allied base.
Anyways, in the process, I managed to catch some of their ships on images.
Oui, I will upload them....
::: Uploading Images :::
10%; 20%; 30%; 40%; Failure
::: Unable to upload :::
Merde!! Some of my images seem to be corrupted. Oui I forgot to mention, they engaged me with at least 3 Lynx class very heavy fighter, and I had to dodge 60k long. They eventually landed some hits on my ship, which seem to damaged one of my hard drives.
Oui, as you can see, they send quite a force against me. Anyways I counted about 2-3 Obstinate Cruisers and another 3-4 Lynx class very heavy fighter. The cruisers stopped the pursue as I entered the asteroid field, that surrounds Macon... merde!! I always forget how it is called. The fighters also gave up to pursue me any further into the asteroid field.
Anyways, beside my damaged hard drives, which will be replaced now, my ship was only slightly damaged.
I hope these informations are of value.
[font=Garamond]Mesdames et messieurs,
I'm very happy to be able to once again join Council I struggle against tyranny that now has spread across Taus. Please forgive me but I will spare your time and go straight to the point.
Regarding recent transmission form Gians know as "The Gaian Underloch" Link to transmission, our spies in EFL confirmed that information.
Three renegade commanders in Redemption class battleships has been engaged in firefight with our potential ally.
Le'Reneuveau , l'Unite, la'Solidite I guess we have encountered them many times. I've personally have an opportunity to talk with commander of I'Unite in Chmapagne, he shows no respect to our cose.( Unknown for me is how he manage to move his assets to Edinbourgh?)
Due to seriousness of our situation we should establish friendly relations with all enemies of OUR ENEMY. Such a thoughtless actions might destroy all our efforts.
Hereby I'm sending a question to our current leaders. How should we approach Council renegades?

Bonjour Mesdames et Mesieurs
Firstly, I would like to thank you your trust in my services and the promotion you gave me. It is an honor to serve The Council et aid it in it's noble cause.
Secondly, I would like to inform you about a technical advancement of our Trade and Supply Division. As some of you may know, our Tech Team on Toulouse have acquired blueprints of the new joint product of the EFL et IDF, the Pachyderme Gallic Advanced Train. This vessel is not much different from the previous Vache model, which we have plenty of. Simply building those ships would be expensive, so the Tech Team decided to plan to upgrade the Vaches instead, which would be way cheaper, as this way they already have a basis to work on.
I myself have volunteered for the upgrade, and gave my ship, CLT Valse d'Amelie, in the hands of the Tech Team. What I got back is a miracle. Apart from some slight changes on the front et a bit of enhancement of the engines, the main upgrade on my ship was her elongated back being capable of carrying a brand new type of cargo storage, which is bigger, uniquely shaped, and uses cargo space more efficiently. According to my helmsman, this does not cost any maneuverability, she flies with the same ease as before. I have to admit, et I do it without hesitation, our technicians did a great job with her.
With this I'm able to gain more profit for The Council, so I advise this upgrade for most of the Vache capitains. Unfortunately, with it's bigger size, the Pachyderme is also more vulnerable to pirate attacks. The Tech Team of the Trade and Supply Division will now aim on working out some hull enhancements for better protection.
