We (eastern Poland) usually get a an export version of Russian winter. Since winter is considered military technology in Russia, the export version is nerfed (red-cell nerfed?:)).
Hence, at the moment, we have only few cm of snow and around -15C (it's supposed to hit -25 this week). Winter without half a meter of snow doesn't count as a fully fledged winter but I'll gladly accept one.

We've gotten snow roughly a CM its just -3ish... The Frysians(north Dutchies, can be considered to be similar to French Canadians in terms of wanting self control) are talking about the "elf steden tocht" (Wiki page about it). God I hate cold weather...
