Unless Makc edited his original comment, he did NOT use the Mc prefix - and the word nugget by itself is not owned by McDonalds or Disney.
Also note that, as shown here - the use of Mc to describe something - such as McPoopies - already was settled in court. McDonalds lost that one. They've won some, but lost in the court of public opinion.
And of course, let's not forget their lawsuit against Ronald McDonald and McDonald's Family Restaurant. Yeah, one of those fun things where there's a person really named Ronald McDonald, who opened his own restaurant PRIOR to the McDonald's chain even forming - and them suing him. Oh, yeah - they lost that one, too.
