I've enjoyed an encounter or two with Zapp of the BLS, although I've gotten the best of him a couple times. Always in RP (and I hopefully was too), with a "better luck next time Pirate" as the trade-lane reactivates.
Zapp, each and every one of your characters is a hoot to interact with.
