We have much in common sharing the same aggressor - Gallia and the desire for peace between our two nations. In order to hold and ensure the security of our nation we have achieved a cooperation from group you may find as hostile to you. That is why we need to discuss some of the changes that happened on our side with you.
The group is the maltese nation known as the Outcasts which are in neutral/friendly affiliation with us. They were helping us multiple times against the Corsairs and now are sharing a second enemy - Gallia. They may be noticed flying in Newcastle or the borders of Leeds with small force.
Our request is not to engage them while they are part of the mentioned systems.
I am eagerly awaiting your answer and I hope you wont find our actions as hostile.
