There is never any one in the system you want to make the faction in.... and every one says there

800,000,000 on that faction.......and that faction has an official faction there, And some random person
that has no idea what you went through to get that 800 mill ( none stop with No sleep I might add now my eye is twitching btw ) and wanting to make your own faction and be a leader.... the faction that was there
before yours - is already official and some Random no one ask you to Join it.
How would you feel about that person? It feels like this.

Then some bread baker makes bread thats fresh, and spent lots of time making it because of low funds unlike the rich Walmart..... Some one says: Give your bread to walmart! And work for walmart!

Yes I know exactly what you mean. We did the same thing with the +LE+ in its old days, yes it was once a GRN Faction and we did pretty good with such, til they kicked us out from the GRN due to certian circumstances and the 1 faction 1 ID, which is also debatable for certain groups due to their RP backgrounds.
But the way youre going is is the opposite I believe. There are a few gallic groups available to have an official standing and some that don't need competition:
Examples of groups in Gallia with no official standings:
Lawful: EFL & Solar Engineering
Semi-Lawful: Gallic Junkers (Debatable with the Junker Congress)
Unlawful: Maquis, Union Corse
Official Groups with activity/member problems:
Lawful- GRP & GRN
Semi-Lawful: ---
Unlawful: +LE+
*Note: These are groups that have under 2 days total activity. IDF and [C]ouncil are over that mark.
If you really want to make an official group, why not go for something in those areas?
There is nothing wrong with doing such. But if you want to be part of the GRN, simply why not apply to them?
I'm not arguing or putting you down, I'm simply trying to help out a problem within gallia that can easily be solved.
And for your example. I simply go to smaller grocery store chains which have better prices and better value which could or could not be struggling. You'd be surprised what you find.

Okay....So I can make a council faction and become official.
Is this True? I already knew I could not become official with GRN- But if I can get official with the Council...
