Account Banned - Requesting help

Hello,

My character MV-Venus got banned while in flight en route to Gran Canaria and I was playing on the character for about a couple of hours when it happened.

I had reinstalled freelancer a couple of days back and I was wondering if I did something wrong. I do not have any other mods active except discovery 4.86 with the latest update.

Can I request help in unbanning the said account and also if someone could let me know what caused this, I would be very grateful.

Ok, now my second account got banned. So something is definitely wrong at my end. I am gonna reinstall the whole thing.

Please unban MV-Venus and HM-Phantom please.

I checked the FLMM and the speed mod is disabled. In any case, I am gonna reinstall the whole thing. I will also check with my brother if he did anything, although I doubt it.

My second ship is also banned now (HM-Phantom). So I am gonna do a complete reinstall again.

Is there any way for me to check if everything is allright at my end before I try to log on again?
