Our logistics department has recently released its proposition for the new supply contracts. Undoubtedly, Gateway Interstellar was and remains being our number one choice for all the IMG bases which are located southern of the Tau war front. Of course I also need to rely the gratitude of the entire Guild for your past accomplishments.
Here is the exact list of commodities and human cargo which are required to be delivered in a monthly basis to the IMG bases:
✦ 2,000 tons of Food Rations from Planet Cambridge to Cardiff Mining Facility
✦ 4,000 tons of H-Fuel from Fujisawa Mining Facility to Freeport 4
✦ 1,000 units of Nanocapacitors to Battleship Hood
✦ 2,000 tons of Ship Hull Panels from Planet Kyushu to Aland Shipyard (the ones from Stokes is rumoured to be faulty)
✦ 10,000 tons of Niobium from any IMG base in the Upper Taus to Aland Shipyard
✦ 5,000 tons of H-Fuel from Fujisawa Mining Facility to Aland Shipyard
✦ 2,000 units of Optronics from Planet Honshu to Aland Shipyard
✦ 4,000 Spaceship Crew picked up from Planet Leeds. 1,500 of them are to be taken to Aland Shipyard, 1,000 to Battleship Hood, 500 to Cardiff Mining Facility, 500 to South Shields Refinery and 500 to Freeport 4
Considering the dangers involved, the Niobium route is significantly harder than the rest of them, yet we have faith in the skills of the Gateway pilots who will have to sneak past through the Gallic Royal Navy lines and patrols, obtain the Niobium, without being detected, and deliver it back to Aland Shipyard. Furthermore, once we agree on the price, we will present you the full contract which needs to be signed.
First of all my apologies for my late reply. I have been out of the office for a while working out new trade runs for GI.
With the war now over between Bretonia and Kusari a whole new world of opertunities has opened up. With comms already sent and recieved from more than one Kusari company i have been traveling throughout Kusari with ore runs from Tau 23 to New Berlin and back again.
I have encountered new and exciting groups both good and bad. One such is called the farmers alliance. very polite and well mannered and i was more than happy to donate to thier childrens fund.
Others not so, some Gallic group called the Maquis? very ill mannered and angry they where. I hope not all groups from this new place are the same.
Anyway, to business.
Of course Gateway Interstellar will take this new contract. We will begin shipping from the next new month and will charge the same as the last contract between us. Namely 750 sc per unit of cargo delivered.

Thank you McDonald for accepting the contract. We also agree to the price which was also enforced to the previous contract. If you allow me, I'd like to repeat my concerns that your pilots need to be extra cautious during the Niobium run.

3. In return for these services, the Independent Miners Guild should submit the monthly payment of 750 credits per unit which in total is 22,500,000 SC to the designated Gateway bank account. If Gateway Shipping doesn't fully complete the required monthly deliveries, then IMG may reduce the monthly payment to any amount they see fit.
5. If either side of this contract wishes to cancel or modify this agreement, they may do so, however the cancellation or modification will occur the next month after the request is submitted and both parties should normally and fully satisfy the terms of the current contract for that month.
6. None of these clauses are activated in case both parties reach a consensus including the termination or modification of this contract.

I believe the easiest and simplest solution is to set the Basic Alloy, Food Rations, Water and Oxygen prices on profitable rates by our dealers onboard Falster. If you agree with such arrangement, please tell me which prices on these commodities you find agreeable as well.
Taking into consideration the volume of commodities required to be shipped on Falster on a monthly basis, we are certain this agreement is significantly bigger than the previous one.
