**Aah Monsieur Doe...It's been too long since we last spoke**
**Are you well?...Is your lys blanc doing just as well in Les Liberty?**
**I'm sending my regards on how progress with our technology samples have progressed in the past few months, for we have a big fish we would like you, and certain Les Libertonian officials, to have a gander at**
**If interested, I will be waiting**

The research is coming along nicely. We managed to
secure a lucrative contract with the Government to
establish a high end research facility dedicated to Doe
Industries and its work.
We've had little success at this moment to begin full
fledged research on the items you gave us to examine,
but as soon as the new facility is at an operating
capacity we will be able to begin some reliable research.
This big fish sure has my attention, what is it you would
like us to look at? After our last encounter heading to
Gallia to wait for word on another project you asked of
us, we're reluctant to send any engineering teams
to you until an established plan is in place. If you are
able to move it, then I would encourage you to bring it
as close as you can to us.
On a personal note, how are the winds fairing for you
in your home land? I hear times are troubling with war
on one of your fronts? I hear news of Gallic Naval raids
in Bretonia, how does this affect your operations?
**Lets say that the degree in what we have 'uncovered' within one of the systems of Gallia, is enough that informing the Council Liberation Front would be unwise**
**To that degree...Moving the hulk will be a problem, for there's only so far our craft can pull such before an overload of their systems...And such will require a small team of your best engineers and Les Libertonian Military escorts**
**For now...We call this hulk...The Valence**
**On a side note.. I believe that the terms.. "All is well" will suffice for moi time as I have limited to say right now**
