' Wrote:Tenacity Gallic Junker line was not added in the mod for unknown reasons- however the ships there are really good and gallic junkers could use them for sure.:nyam:
Not for unknown reasons - I lost the ship model files (and left disco). I do remember sending the files to someone, but i'm not sure they ever finished the project.
Most likely they lost it or its sitting somewhere on their hardrive under the file dubbed "Refence Material", he he. Better off making new ones not based on CSVs, bit too common in Disco.

Custom shiplines feel like they belong in the game when they're based heavily on vanilla designs.
Bringing something completely different into the game often causes it to not flow well with the rest of freelancer's theme.
what's wrong with the gitano? it looks exactly like its infocard says it should; a ship that's been pretty much home-built/modified that is small and light and mean and more or less cobbled together. it might use a retexturing just to clean it up a little bit but I see nothing wrong with the gitano.
the bulldog on the other hand looks like some weird combination of a havoc and a liberty ship.
so I recently started exploring Coronado. I must say you're all doing a wonderful job.
so I recently started exploring Koeln. I must say you're all doing an amazing job.
some time ago I explored Rousillon. Impressive. Particularly the music on the planet that was a nice surprise.
so I recently started exploring Omega-55. LOL... NOMADS. LOTS AND LOTS OF NOMADS. SHOOTING THINGS. I GOT THE HELL OUT OF THERE. (and I was thinking, jeez I can't remember what that one was from the news. I hope I don't run into a nomad system)
recently started exploring Omega-41. what did you guys do to the star? that new effect there, that's impressive.

It's ugly.
It's huge.
It's an import.
It's armed with class 4 weapons.
Crackpunch, I would like to tell you that even if there will be no response about your snub request, you will still get your ships once I get home.
Currently I am running solo brainstorm regarding the concept look of snub vessels and any of your suggestion will be appreciated.
The current snubline is fine. The Junker guns just need to be improved, Like, seriously improved. They have less speed and damage than civ guns, and use more energy. WTF?

OK fair doos, the imports need to go, but even without them junkers have a fighter, a VHF, a SHF and a freighter. All of which would be decent for junkers, if they just had decent guns.
