As was said; all bounties must have a roleplay reason behind them. "I have a bunch of money and don't know what to do with it" doesn't qualify. If a bounty of that sort showed up, we'd lock it.

If I remember correctly all the current bounty board restrictions and rules were introduced shortly after someone did exactly what you are asking about. There was a bounty put on all freelancers and mercenaries in Liberty.

The reason you 'have to be special to be an arse' as you so eloquently put it; is a way of preventing the system getting out of control again. You may well complain about restrictions like this but it's people like you that cause them to exist.

And yet i see it in NY every dam day, over and over again. But my ID prevents me from solving the issue. I need to finish writing up that renegade navy BS RP i started awhile back and post it here. Then kill all freelancers on site myself.(except for a few who actually RP in NY)
