No RP PvP death

If a player1 kills player 2 with no warning/rp, does that count as a PVP death? Can player2 engage in combat within 4 hours?

Sadly, yes. The fact that player 1 broke the rules does not make player 2 exempt from them.

If a player1 kills player 2 with no warning/rp, does that count as a PVP death? Can player2 engage in combat within 4 hours?

Im not sure if you know this, but player 2 could still engage in combat again in straight away, just not against the person/s who killed him.

5.8 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not attack the enemy (player or players involved in the death) with any of the characters on his/her account(s) for 4 hours.

and for Hone

5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.

Leave the system, do not re-engage the attacker OR HIS BUDDIES with any of your ships, go to the other side of Sirius and trade

He asked if he could engage in combat. Nor specifically with same person. Unless he edited it later.


So. You cannot engage the person(s) who destroyed your ship for 4 hours and you cannot be in the same system with any of your characters. However, it is not against the rules to participate in PvP with other players in other systems with any of your characters.
