I wish to congratulate you ingenuity of your people. If you will excuse my language, you really need to have balls to construct a fully operational base inside the Puerto Rican Rift. What an amusement would be to see the whole Liberty Navy fleet trying to besiege the base only to be forced out by the nature itself. If I was wearing a hat, I would definitely say that it is off to you. But I am not, so let us skip the pleasantries and get down to business. We want to negotiate access to San Juan, we want to know what production capabilities the base possesses and what lending terms you can offer. I hope we can strike a deal. Additionally, we want to know what commodities your base imports should our smuggling ring arrive at Puerto Rico.

San Juan is primarily a hub. Let's not talk about nasty words here beyond that. We will import anything we can sell easily in the Liberty systems. Something tells me you can help with that. In what are you interested beyond that?
As for goods, I believe that you might be interested in silver ore from Humboldt's fields. We mine there occasionally. Miners mostly. Also, I don't really believe that your base possesses no production capabilities. Besides drop points for various goods, we are also looking for research and development facilities, where our teams of engineers could assemble some high-technology devices. Tell me if you can help with that.
I am sorry for the delay, but I was loaded with the paperwork associated with my new responsibilities. You want me to cut to the chase? Fine. We want two portable docking bay modules. Our smuggling wing can deliver the necessary materials. Name your terms and make me content.

Ok, we have the docking modules you requested. I'm having them delivered to La Fortaleza as we speak. If you are not familiar with this base it is by the Texas jump hole in Puerto Rico. How does 120 mil sound for the both of them?
I am content with your terms. I have sent a vessel to pick them up. It should arrive at La Fortaleza shortly... One moment, please... I have been just informed that the vessel has moored Vieques Shipyard while awaiting docking codes to La Fortaleza.
The equipment you have sold us works fine with the one exception. Docking bay computer fails to remove from its internal memory records of ships that have been docked in the past, and we have to use manual override all the time. But besides this small quirk, docking bays are doing their job just fine. Anyway, I contact you to discuss another possible business. We are thinking about equipping our wing of Interdictors with small cloaking devices. As we do not have means to mass produce them, we thought about you.
I have already spoken with your right hand, Mr James Trenton, that we wish to order five light cloaks. Our R&D Department has already prepared all the unique components required for this construction endeavour. We can ship them to you any time now. All we need to do is to negotiate a price. Also, alternatively, we are willing to just rent from you your production facility and arrange cargo deliveries through our smuggling ring. Please advise us which solution is most preferable for you and what are your terms.
