Subject: After Action Report from a few days ago.
Im sorry i havent sent this in sooner, but ive had other things...
A few days ago, Merc Rheinland Bomber Black|Dragon[merc] was asked to leave liberty by USS revnion, now i understand that they are not "official" but i intervened. I asked him what his purpose was and he said himself he was escorting a known smuggler (comm logs will be uploaded later, my comm system is on the fritz). I repeatedly asked him to leave and he wouldnt, what resulted was revnion FORICBlY escorting him from liberty, under my orders. I later recieved a request from revnion asking permission to engage the merc as the merc had opened up on em. I didnt respond as i was busy with other things....tracking a hacker in New York. The merc aparently was destroyed.
I recommend adding him to our KoS list for one reason ASSUALTING A LIBERTY NAVY SHIP, even though ships tagged USS arent official, they are still navy vessels and should be treated as such.

Request clarification of my orders. I read in the recruitment that new recruits would get an Avenger VHF. I was ordered to purchase a LF. I am confused.

Our new recruits will be flying Liberator class vessels for a while, until we complete our tests with them and decide to which wing we should assign them.

To: Any mercenary concerned

We have been having different kind of complaints from people about the recent ban. Lets make it more clear. To operate in Liberty without any problem, valid IDs are as follows..

Liberty Navy ID
Liberty Police ID
Liberty Secuirty Force ID
Interspace Commerce ID
Trader ID
Bounty Hunter ID
And any other ID that does not contradict with the Liberty code of law.

Mercenary ID holders will be shot at sight without any warning, only exceptions are Jupiter Guild, Mandalore vessels and a mercenary working under a permanent contract for the LSF. No more exceptions will be applied and my eyes will be over that mercenary working for the LSF.

If you have a complaint, take it elsewhere from now on, not here. Hope I am clear on this one.

Addendum! ~ Your losses will NOT be compensated if you were shot by a Liberty officer becuase you were holding a mercenary ID. Do NOT enter Liberty with that ID.

After action report:

While on patrol above Manhattan I can across a ship bearing the registration of Luft-Billy.Bishop[M]. I scanned the ID and found it to be a Merc. I ordered the ship to leave the system, but the ship refused. He stated that he had special permission. I informed him that I had not received any notice of special permission pertaining to him and once again ordered him to leave the area. He refused. After a 3rd request and warning of hostile intent if he did not leave immediately, he refused. I opened fire and a very brief fight ensued.

He left the area and threatened that I would regret it.

While on patrol above Manhattan I encountered the trader Zues who was smuggling artifacts to the planet. Although I did not catch him before he could land and sell them, I did photograph his hold and fined him 4mil which he did pay.
