Right now I am not speaking as Overwatch to you. And won't speak as one anymore. This transmission's purpose is to announce my department from the Order Primary Fleet. The past has been hard for the mandatory of you, Agents. And the events affected me the same way they affected you, at some point.

From the most of you, I saw how good you were doing. And you will continue doing so, I am convinced. Therefore, I am also convinced, that the Order will never fall, nor bow infront of those, who seek to destroy you. Do never give up, however the odds are. That's why you are in the Order. Remember this. To fight for humanity until the bitter end.

To Admiral Golanski,

Admiral, I'm still making my path through Order. Not so many are nice towards me but I think I'll make it. Anyway, purpose of this report is going to show much more then single complain. The intel I have to support you with is going to be worth of your time.

Ellesmere and Alaska:

I somehow know that you already know where Ellesmere is and about Alaska I don't have to ask, I personally seen patrols of your agents. So, mainly I will speak about Ellesmere system and stationed bases in so specific space with four stations, with detail that one is missing. Alert Station, Grise Fjord Shipyard, Eureka Research Station are heart of the LSF as such they are important to them and they are important to the Liberty Government, because they are strongest tool of Republic Liberty.

Alert Station:

Alert Station is, according to records,one of the most remote base in Liberty space. It was built shortly after the Eureka Research Station, in 812 A.S., to train new LSF agents. The station houses all the necessary equipment to train them, as well as habitation and recreational facilities for long term stays. Agents based at Alert have to go through rigorously intensive testing during their stay on the station, including training in hostile environments, zero G combat and espionage. Alert Station also monitors all the traffic inside the system and act as a refueling depot for LSF pilots venturing out of Liberty. However, access to the station is extremely restricted.

To new agents who are accepted as "Agent in Training" this is the first and only base they are seeing for the next two weeks of their training. You could imagine the crew and the captain of the station, highly trained personnel in the field of training. Base has many simulations, combat, survival and psychology. Government want's to make sure the top trained people are working in the shadow of the Republic for so called benefit to their own citizens. Station itself is highly secured with weapon platforms and heavy station pulses, not to say patrols around station and power in the state of emergency. Just to add important detail. All agents in training are controlled with special hypnosis and somehow they aren't aware of it.

Grise Fjord Shipyard:

Grise Fjord shipyard is a highly advanced ship construction facility. It is used by the LSF to manufacture large vessels at a faster rate. The facility is equipped with a wide range of automated machinery to increase productivity without requiring too many workers. Grise Fjord was built not long after the completion of Alert Station.

Great pride of the LSF and station that built flag ship, strike cruiser and is currently working on special recon cruiser which is going to support omicron missions and nomad research. Security is so tight and it's impossible to be close around with the facility because of the flag ship, who is constantly patrolling the area. Ship has strong scanning range and nothing can escape him.

Eureka Research Station:

Constructed in late 811 A.S., the Eureka Research Station is one of the most top secret, and largest, military facilities ever constructed by Liberty. However, the station's existence is known only to high ranking military personnel, since the government does not want its citizens to know about anything related to the facility or the research conducted there. Nevertheless, rumours still persist in military circles of new and potentially dangerous technologies that are continually being pursued to give Liberty that little extra edge against the other houses.

Visitors to the facility are forced to sign non-disclosure agreements, holding them to the utmost level of secrecy. The research staff is very closely monitored, although there have been attempts in the past to divulge information about Eureka to the public, but the government has always strongly denied the allegations and the people who leaked the information invariably go missing or turn up dead.

The station, built in orbit of the Planet Fosheim, is also used as an observation platform and staging ground for planet side landings.

To be honest, much information(s) about this facility lies with the Secretary of Research and Development who is in lead of the whole place and projects. The Director is only there to approve or not to approve project. Main research is run on the nomads and weapons and some are working on alien weapons. My personal knowledge of the work out there is also limited due to secrecy of people who work there. I must say that Secretary is, so to tell, god of the station and he answers directly to the Government. Republic in Republic I would say.

Flag Ship:

Original name of the ship is Mount Iliamna, something that is LSF. All important meetings between three directors are arranged on the ship, in the special office. They are usually far, far away from any scanner contacts, even friendly. As for myself I enjoyed working on the ship, it was my hole and it is home of every director. Director access with full controls over the entire LSF and it can be only done from the Director's office. Files from the computer can't be copied and they can be used only from there. Security reasons. Than you can imagine the data base of the LSF. All files I'm accessing are one from my fighter and my personal data logs, which are with me from the day I left my position.

Special Info (CRF - Copperfield Research Facility):

This base is destroyed by the current Director Johny Leroy who didn't like that project from the start. This mission started from the top of the LSF and I was one in charge of it. The exact location of the station was known only between highly ranked personnel and president. Station research was focused on cloaking device and right now I don't have any intel what might happened with the whole project, but I doubt that device is finished. In public, whole incident with station was presented to the public as one big lie, like crew workers and captain of the station took control of it and go rebel, which isn't true.

Silver Wing:

This wing is created by me and was approved by David Copperfield back in the time. The wing had just one order and that was to eliminate highly ranked personnel in the Rheinland and to gain intel to support Liberty in war. Wing got disbanded as soon I left my position.

Today two of our secondary fleet officers discovered a single Star Tracker with in the debris field above Toledo. Now we both know it's rather common to find the odd civilian ship lost in the omicrons but this fellow might be of interest to you.

He claimed to be an ensign within the primary fleet, a man named Moreton. Our patrol officers nearly shot him to pieces, but it turns out this man actually exists, or at least he certainly did. Our officers were ordered to take him to customs for investigation.

You see 'Moreton' served at the Battle for Omicron Minor, and has since been MIA, he was last seen landing Toledo during the final moments of the evacuation, it was assumed that he died on the surface.

Now the story gets stranger still, our security procedures can find nothing wrong with him, he does seem to be the man he claims to be. Yes before you ask he was also tested for possible 'infections'.

He claims he landed to find his crew and father. Now his father and the crew of the Hathor Firefly II did leave after he landed, and we confirmed that. Now Moreton is claiming he still escaped after the fleet retreated which I'd find a sheer impossibility if it wasn't for two cases I know of during the battle, where fighter pilots managed to reach Omicron 100 after the main fleet, it's just those pilots didn't have to get off Toledo first.

Moreton claims he remembers very little of his escape, but he does claim that his Bastet class fighter and all it's equipment were destroyed. He had it destroyed after his escape, the only thing that remains was the Samson AI that he downloaded beforehand. He claims he's the spent the past two years mostly with the Mollys along with a small time flying with the Gas Miners Guild that ended in disaster. Didn't the resigned Captain Leigh have some classified mission around Dublin shortly before his retirement? Maybe Leigh might have some old contacts that could confirm his story.

As why Moreton didn't return immediately he's been rather vague, talking about such things like a 'troubled concious' or 'self-doubt'.I believe he was suffering from post traumatic stress syndrome, probably from the Fall of Minor, this would also explain why he has little memory of his escape.

Moreton says he's returned because he feels that the Order is his home, and always will be.

He has requested that he is put back on the active roster for the Primary Fleet. I have explained that this is not only out of my control, but most unlikely, despite the fact he was never listed as deceased he will most likely have to go though the recruitment process all over again. I have however renewed his combat flight status and spoken with a squadron commander of the 12th Light Fighters that has arranged a posting for him in the meantime, both pending his confirmation of identification.

He has requested to talk to a number of individuals, I have denied him any contact outside of customs as is protical, but I thought his list was a little interesting.

Chris Leigh- Ex Captain in the Primary Fleet, retired 28 months ago but temporarily returned to duty during the Battle of Omicron Minor. Now lives on Akabat.

The Samson AI was downloaded from his Star Tracker before the ship was dismantled, the AI awaits transfer to the OSD, maybe those guys will find something in this AI that'll give more clues to what Moreton has been up too, maybe there's something he's not telling us.

I require advise on how to proceed, I could even arrange a meeting for a representative from High Command, for now I shall keep him quarantined, under guard and observation. If there is any further information you require, or questions you want answering I'll be happy to oblige.

Customs Officer Henrich...I remember Moreton. If he's sane, patch him in a fighter and get him to us. Now is probably not a time to be bloody picky, and having him fly will be great gain on our side. Free him, run him through a basic flight simulator to see how he does, and then get him on duty. I'll forward the AI to OSD to
dissect.

And as far as that list is concerned...Leigh hasn't been able to do much since the Toledo battle. Doctors are looking into it, and the rest as, as you've noted, unavailable. It'll be a new Order he enters into. Make sure he's damned ready for it.

After quite some time, Kheops's crew got new toy to play with.
We've spend last couple of weeks at Evora, running tests, calibrations to get it right.
Finally [color=#000000]Cloaking device has been fully installed and ready to use.
Kheops is loaded up with neccessary fuel to run it, and we are good to go.

The recon of Melbourne station was completed successfully, no conflict. Although a Liberty Navy patrol did manage to spot us they didn't have a chance to close with 10k. We got our information and got out before being stopped.

We took note of 6 heavy gun platforms with a range of between 3.5 and 4k

The station is in a very strategic position, blocking any movement of whomever it may deem hostile, the guns seem automated to fire on enemies. We would have gathered more information if we had not been spotted. Upon arriving com traffic spiked drastically and we knew we wouldn't have much time.
