Due to increased activity in augmentations delivered by the Haimen Alliance,
I would like to request two rooms in Freeport 11.
We do not need much space, thirty squaremeters per room should be enough.
One room would be for the management of the requests, It will contain an office with a golem (human-like Robot) and an AI.
The second room would be for some of the surgeries of people who dont have the ability to come to the facility ship.
I hope you think about the request, as far as I know you should not have a problem doing this.

Before I decide anything, please give me a summary of what the Haiman Alliance is, th legality and how humane these "surgeries" are, and how much power will be drawn from Freeport 11 to power these surgeries.

Basically the Haimen Alliance seeks to improve humans lifestyle and rebuild the AI Race with some of Humanities resources. The Alliance if fully legal.
Informations about these surgeries can be found here. None of these surgeries are done without the subjects consent.
To operate the AI and the medical robot, we would need about 20,000,000 Watt-Hours.
We wanted to provide this power with an installed fusion reactor.
However, if you do not want us to use our own reactor, you would have to provide the energy.

I can't even get a full shipment of oxygen here with 50,000.
Either you stop trying to shaft me with the most pathetic offers I've seen, or you come and you really try and bargain. There is finite space on this station, and those rooms can be used to store some more food or a family.
Either you make me spare the space worth it, or you can go talk to the Corsairs over at Yaren.
I am not sure why you compare the rental fee for two rooms with the price of a shipment of oxygen.
However if you want we can also carry a shipment of oxygen per month to your station.
