What a day.
If I told you that a small group of LWB upstarts outfought the vaunted packs of Rheinswehr Wraiths that have stymied us and even the Hessians for so long, would you believe me? Because this is precisely what happened today.
A summary before I submit my guncam and communications evidence; The entire skirmish occurred outside Stuttgart's Jump Gate, Neu Berlin. Even though the LWB were outnumbered, they still refused my aid when offered. Only when a secondary fleet member of the Rheinswehr ventured to the scene did they assent. So I took this particular one on.
After a brief flurry, Kurt Thomas (who displayed the frightening lust to entirely deplete his stockpile of mines and countermeasures long before the battle was over) clipped one of my more conservatively placed Nuclear Mines and regrettably was depressurized. Shortly after, the two LWB piloten had somehow, by some miracle, beaten back all three supporters of Rheinhardt.
I suppose this is what happens when a demographic of people is neglected and trodden upon for too long. I had always thought, stereotypically, that the LWB were poorly-trained and armed. I suppose it really isn't true at all.
Afterwards, I ventured North to Sigma-13, where I surprisingly chanced upon a detatchment of The Order.
Upon learning that the man I was speaking to was in fact the "Grand Admiral" of the entire organization, I showed due respect appropriately. They told me to meet them at Eltmann Outpost; I arrived there several minutes before they.
There, they told me of a "Hans Eckard", who they claimed concretely was an underground Infected member of the Rheinswehr, Das Wilde, for a simpler term. They stated that he was amongst Rheinlandische "Officials", so I presume he is-- Was a man of stature. I advise we keep an eye out for such a man...Thing.
Afterwards, I escorted them to Munster Research Station, within the Bremen system. Just outside of the Jump Hole to Frankfurt is an odd base denoted "Depot Sony"; I have already attempted to hail any administrator of the station. I am submitting the files now. The Tide may be turning, finally, in some small way.
Oh! Also! Admiral Golanski said to contact him if anything is needed. Vague, but helpful.

Ridiculous. I decided to check around Sigma-17 to monitor how the Freeport 7 Reconstruction Site was faring in wake of our shipment of Hull Panels to better aid in its construction.
I found only even more wreckage there than before. There were no cleanup crews in sight, so I would presume it had happened within the last day, perhaps even shortly after Herr Jamieson and I had finished our shipment.
My most stressed wish is that the crew managed to escape somewhere before the destruction, perhaps to Atka or even Planet Kurile.
I feel that we should offer these Zoners a hand. They have invested so much into the site, only to have it all torn away by some perpetrators unknown.

As revealed to us in a communique to the Phoenix Zoners, I learned today that the [RAV] is an organization that is fittingly and almost crushingly stereotypically Rheinlandic.
I had received a distress call from some small-time Unioner and Bundschuh duo likely up to no good themselves, but I was willing to oblige to them my aid in light of our common foe, the Military.
I had expected the hostiles to be another Wraith patrol, but I was mistaken. Two Capital Ships claiming to be flying under the [RAV], or "Raven Wood" banner.
At least the Military fulfills in part the protection and defense of the Rheinlandische people, at least in theory. These Raven Wood soldiers are little more than heartless mercenaries. They claimed to work for "themselves and Rheinland", clearly a for-profit relationship. It's certainly distressing when groups such as these begin to spring up as they blame Rheinland's plight on us, instead of those with the power to make change.
These monsters of people declared that Rheinland was a "free society", to which I attempted to demonstrate precisely why it isn't. However, before we could begin a proper debate, the Cruiser amongst them launched a pre-emptive missile attack, obliterating the Unioner.
They they gave chase. Leading the other Bundschuh on, we lured both gunboats and the Cruiser into the Sudnebel Nebula, taking advantage of the sensor-confusing environment to attempt a desperate, last-ditch offensive effort.
To everyone's surprise, it worked. Focusing on the Dallan, we very quickly disabled it and put it out of commission. Hilariously blaming his misfortune on the "bombers" (I had been flying a Sabre), the remaining Gunboat and Cruiser beat a hasty retreat from the Bundschuh Fighter and Bomber to whom only moments earlier they had the audacity to call us cowards.
I then attempted to hail the Cruiser and grill him on the destruction of the Freeport Seven rebuilding effort, to which he of course claimed he knew nothing. As the vessel was likely docked, I had swept the Frankfurt system once more before docking and, astoundingly enough, not requiring repair.
I believe that these "Raven Wood" mercenaries must become a priority target. They are already responsible for a terrible crime against an entirely neutral party; we must not allow them to gather strength for any other atrocities.

Hello comrades.
Just pulled the Verkehr in fae the Sigmas. Definitely dinnae ken those systems as well as back home, which was handy for gettin' Erich and I tae Belfast. Thankfully he'd got the maps on how tae get tae the site, otherwise I'd ae been lost.
Bringin' some Fueltae the Mollys on the station, I filled up on the Panels that Fred Gauss had offered these 'Phoenix' Zoners.
Not much tae report other than Erich and I's banter, except an eerily familiar lookin' structure in the Newcastle System. I hadnae noticed it when I was wi' the Mollys, but Erich agreed it's the same sort of thing as the Nomad stuff in the Von Claussen files. Might be worth its own trip some time...
The trek might be long, but more friends in and out of Rheinland's all good in my books.
Signin' off,

Hello again comrades.
Didnae even seem that long since I got in fae the last run before, and yet the Reconstruction site's already gone. We make friends with a bunch ae Zoners and soon after the Kanzler sends his idiot mercenaries home-wreckin'...
Either way, it was another run tae Belfast since the Phoenix were takin' it in their stride and risin' fae the ashes. Deciding on a different route from last time, me, the new lad Tomas Sulzer and another activist I can't recall dropped off some fuel - 123 - before takin' a proper cruise tae the Spaceport wi' the Hull Panels - 123. Too bad the Corsairs have plonked a base down in Cambridge, so stickin' tae the first route'd be for the best. That structure we say is almost surely Nomad, since we bumped intae a Wilde ship in Newcastle.
Good thing Gauss provided those maps, it was even more confusin' than last time. Some of these systems are damn creepy too, all massive nebula tunnels and the like!
It's a nice place they've got out there, and I'd be surprised if the Military followed them. Can't say the same for the Core and Nomads, mind...
The scientists on Heisenburg want some Iridium for whatever research they're daein', which the Zoners on Freeport 11 have plenty of. Might be worth bringin' some back while we're out there.

Hello comrades,
A little late aye, but while I've got some downtime I'll let yehs know about me little trip wi' the Phoenix through hyperspace.
I've also managed tae track down a Junker able tae change the transponders on me old Shire, so ye'll be seeing the VWA|Malairtiche out and about.
Startin' off wi' a shipment of Super Alloys the old-fashioned way, I bumped into the Phoenix in Newcastle. Turns out they were jumpin' a Barge ae the stuff usin' one ae their old homeships. Their local transport and I loaded up the Leviathan before I got the needed fuel. As the core charged, I got a nice shot ae Carlisle in the background. After, bloody hell what a ride! Dropped off the last ae the Alloy as the Barge got into position before hitchin' a ride back tae Bretonia - saved some time on me Iridium drop-off.
I believe it is about time I caught you all up with the goings on in my operations for our cause.
It appears there are sympathetic elements within the Kanzler's Buro of fear-mongerers and agents of mistruth. There are some who wish to work against Niemann's legacy, those who wish to fight against more local threats, and others with more specific cooperations in mind.
Several of these agents arranged for a transfer of their endangered 'conspirators'. Meeting in far off Coronado, I found the Hekatonchier near a Nomad device. After a short conversation, I left the area and returned our new comrades to Bruchsal.
On the return trip, I encountered a Spa and Cruise liner who appears to have made a deal with the Mollys as we have. Perhaps this can be used to our advantage...
Overseeing the refitting of our own captured prison liner, a docking module has been added and appears suitable for interdicting those misinformed enough to continue their direct dealings with the Military.
Speaking with the Zoner group Phoenix, another friend in the Omicrons. We have already had some cooperation through their various bases.
They also have some schemes involving an old Bismark shell, which may be something we can acquire.
Finding a DHC convoy and Zoner under attack by Outcasts in the Sigmas, Pistollero and Sapnik, they were unwilling to desist. Despite my being outnumbered, I soon bested the two.
Speaking of combat endeavours, a small talk with the head of the Polizei spiralled into a fully fledged battle involving several groups on both sides. Joining Bommel was another Mjolnir, Surveyor and bomber as well as a BDM Direktor, DHC escort pilot, MND fighter, bomber, two Military bombers, another pair of fighters, and a Cruiser which was driven to dock.
With the assistance of our own forces, the LWB, two heavier Hessian/Unioner vessels, I personally took out three snubcraft with my SNAC and mines.
This pirate gang of Rorry's appears to have become involved with the Nomads to some degree, judging by their new toy. This has been passed on to the Hessians and Order already.

Hello comrades,
Gettin' a report of things I've done recently. Headed out wi' Ben and Wolf, New Berlin was our stage. Wasnae long before a 'patriot' in his boat turned up, but he didnae last long against the three ae us.
Chattin' wi' a military recruit and a Wilde-hunter of sorts. Another articulated flyboy fancied a go but didnae last long either.
For whatever reason, a fight broke out between the other two and the recruit soon fell, to be replaced by his brother or somethin' in a fully-fledged ship. Engagin' us too, and despite the Strausburg's covering fire cripplin' Ben's ship, Wolf got the last shot in.
Cloakin' and headed off, got a farewell out ae the agent.
The Junkers managed tae overload the ammo slots on me Odin, put it right out of action. Borrowin' Gauss' Berg while he was up in the Omicrons, I found a Corsair gunboat with captured pilots. I see why our Kommandant forked out to the Junkers for it, works a charm.
I'll head off tae the bar, got a bit ae thinkin' tae dae the now.
Rorry, formerly known to Rheinland as "King Rorry", has returned in the semi-organic vessel he now somehow calls his own. In a way, his appearance saved my life. Two primary fleet Rheinswehr piloten had accosted me and were about to carry out their preferred method of arrest, before he arrived on the scene some fifteen klicks from Neu Berlin in the Harzfeld.
I sensed an opportunity of sorts as Rorry dove in to attack the Rheinswehr pilots, who were considerably more cautious of the semi-organic ship and, as I was quick to point out, offered him more "chances" to explain himself than I was given as a fellow Rheinlander. Hypocrites. I questioned whether I was doing the right thing as I came to their aid against that monster of a man.
My gamble paid off. Though Rorry managed to rather easily down one of the Military piloten, he did not seem to be in the mood for an extended battle against the more veteran two who remained. The remaining Feldwebel and I then had an extended conversation more on my own terms; the very fact that I had been rightly willing to save their lives as opposed to merely fleeing at Rorry's arrival thankfully defused his "execute orders, interpret conscience later" modus operandi.
Fortunately I was able to leave the Harzfeld without needing to fight anyone who truly didn't deserve a fight.
