For many years we were helping you best as we can. We always feel ourselves as people, which is must to support your group, as you are the first on the front in the fight for humanity against Nomad threat.
But... It seems we're looking for the help for now. Did you remember our installations in Sigma-17?.. Our home, the Siberia and Freeport 7 Reconstruction Site is no more. Seems Rheinlanders sent their forces to destroy our installations. Rheinland battleship was spotted in destruction of FP7 RS and actually we still have not any data what is happen with Siberia. But its the fact seems we were wrong to think Sigma-17 is good location for peaceful people. Governments are pushing and we see no reason to stay there...
Currently we're gathered ourselves at Freeport 9. It’s our home-ships, transports, freighters and fighters. As you understand, currently we’re looking for a place to have a stop. We have no reason to keep our main fleet in Sigmas, we want to try to seek for our fortune in deeper Omicrons. It must be very worthwhile in economical reasons, as we’re frequently sent research and scientific missions to unknown space.
We would ask you to use Meskhenet in supply purposes, the position looks perfect for us. Also, we have some more plans… I will send the data via high secured communications.
You will find Meskhenet to be crowded right now, however you are permitted to dock there at any time and use it as shelter. This base priority will remain Order interest in Omicron Zeta so ensure you got your own accomodation (I assume your "turtle" is still operational) and bring in everything you need yourself rather than to wait for supplies that might never come. I have also received info on your plans and upon review I give green light on it.
On other hand I assume you at least heard of recent developments and understand that security is of utmost urgency in this forsaken end of the world.
No worries, Admiral, we won't be at Meskhenet for long. Currently we’ve started construction of Phoenix Spaceport and we need a place to store materials. When core upgrade and a few storage modules will be finished, we won’t need to disturb Meskhenet this much anymore.
As for the Vega… Turtle? You’re the first who calls it that. *laughs* We usually call it “Green Fantasia”. Anyway... Since you’ve mentioned this ship, let’s discuss it. Although I intended to talk about that later, when the first steps of Phoenix Spaceport establishment would be finished.
Because we talked outside of Siberia, you should be aware where it comes from. They were really hard and nervous times, I wasn’t even sure that we had the ability to pull off such operations. As we hauled the wreckage to Siberia we started the deconstruction process. Yeah, before that, we had retrofitted Siberia a bit for reconstruction purposes because before that, the station wasn't even equipped to start reconstruction project.
So we gutted everything inside of the battleship and also removed damaged parts of the hull. Before we began writing blueprints, GMG kindly provided every byte of their knowledge regarding Rheinland battleships. And believe me, it’s a huge databank. So we had the tools needed to start writing blueprints with several improvements… Did I say several? Oh, I believe the difference between the average Rheinland green brick and our Vega is huge. We've added new biodomes with beautiful gardens, we’ve used pioneer technologies in tracking, weapons, security systems and the engine… There isn't an equal in the whole of Sirius. Also we’ve used an extra tiny and sturdy alloy, which was applied on Hyperion first, and then later on Nephilim class dreadnoughts.
The ship itself was intended as a deep space exploration vessel. It has the ability to survive with the crew in space for years and have I mentioned the revolutionary biodome technology yet?.. But now come the consequences of our improvements. We don't have the same resources as the ZTC had, we have limited numbers of technicians and scientists. It seems that somewhere in our calculations we made an “Achilles' heel” mistake for our improvements. The engine itself works properly, but the drain outburst is unpredictable. We also have problems with the primary and secondary powerplants.
As you may understand, we need help from your technicians and scientists to find out what’s wrong with the ship and get it fixed. Until then, we won't have any true warship that can protect our base from threats… The exception is the Hyperion. But what can it do against the Nomads? We’d appreciate it if your people could patrol our sector more frequently, until the defense systems of Phoenix Spaceport and the Vega project will be finished.
Increasing number of patrols into that area is possible, however we may not be able to detect every single intruder. Your best bet is to set up defense wing of your own to repell smaller scouting sorties and call in for The Order to fight back bigger threats.
Expect your worst nightmare to be Marduk class of the Nomads. As you may be aware already this monster operates on par with any other state of the art warships of regular militaries and by means of firepower easily outclassing nearly everything humankind has conceived.
Vega is the hard part as while we have sizeable experience in engineering of capital ships of any size and purpose, we are not in capability to repair it. Unless you have your own shipyard, any significant improvement is nearly impossible task... and suicidal investment in middle of warzone that Omicron Zeta is.
We will work on Phoenix Spaceport security soon as possible, you don’t need to worry about our security, we’ve learned from our old mistakes. Currently we’re upgrading it’s cargo capacity for long self-maintenance, to be sure any blockade for a long time won’t be efficient. And the next step is defense modules. Even if that Marduk will come… Our home ships will be ready on call; currently we’re hiding them in shadow of Yap nebula.
As for the Vega, you misunderstood me, Admiral. The reconstruction was finished quite a long time ago on Siberia, as I said, it had an attached temporary deck, built only for Vega purposes, due to its remote location. All we need is help to find any errors in our calculations and set up the ship to its glory. We’re requesting you to join our investigation team with your best scientists and engineers. You will receive all technical characteristics by request.
At the same time, it can be uncomfortable to work on a semi-disabled ship in Zeta, even if it’s protected by our homeships. I think it would make sense if we would move the Vega to Omicron Mu or 100. What do you think, Admiral?
Meanwhile, I will try to get help on the Vega project from other factions. We’ve got Rheinland friends, perhaps some of them have previously worked on Bismark class battleships, their help could be very useful.
Straight to business, you may wish to hide battleship in one of the Mu nebulas or use desolate north of 100. I recall I was updating permissions myself months ago to include Phoenix as well during last revisions. As for aid, we will talk about it in person. Comm channels are not the most effective way.
First, let me thank you for a personal escort of the Vega, that's the honor, I glad to know that you are not indifferent of the fate of this ship. That's was a nice little journey, even Jonathan joined into this convoy, since he wasn't busy with shipping commodities.
The location which you lead us... Looks like the well hidden place, cutting off all unwanted eyes, although there is none of them. The minefield always shows how this place is defended. Currently we're shutting down all ship systems, except of life support. It's work independent. We're awaiting for your scientists and technicians to join into our investigation team.
Also, admiral... That's really nice that we in Phoenix have a high amount of data about Bismark class battleships, but it's always nice when someone... Worked with these projects before. Yes, I'm looking on third party here. Who's have the experience of building such ships. Who's worked for long time on Rheinland shipyard. I'm not a crazy to ask government, but I think I've found right people who's able to help us with Vega project.
Some time ago, even before of Phoenix Spaceport establishment and Freeport 7 Reconstruction Site tragedy, we're met with very nice and cute Rheinlanders. Perhaps, they will able to help us. I even sure about that. I'm aim on Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee, known as VWA. They're looking as a respectful people, which we can trust. Please... Tell me which what relations are The Order with them? It's possible let them to have a look on Vega in respectful Order space, Omicron Mu?
Before to contact them, I'm awaiting for your approval, admiral.
I know Bundschuh by tag of VWA, if I spelled it right... Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee... they have been sighted in Omicrons recently. While at current I will not authorize access to Omicron Mu I can arrange appropriate shuttle transport whether you find it neccesary. Point of departure from either Port Phoenix or Meshkenet station. But first I suggest to ask them whether they know anything about that ship of yours.
