[M] Mollys to OSI & TAZ

Ahoy there Zoners,


Been told ye both had been talked to via other comms but wanted to make sure both o' ye groups were aware of the issues between Mollys and this group o' Zoners calling themselves S.E.F.

Ye be aware of past issues, with them bringin' battleships at us, and tryin' ta assault Arranmore. Well they did apologize for them actions in the past and we let 'em have access through the Coin's blockade, under the condition they not bring capital ships to Dublin.

Well, they did, and got their access removed. Then they sent warships to Arranmore makin' demands and threats. Ta me, it's more'n a bit un-zoner like but ta each their own.

Anyway, the Mollys got no beef with Zoners in general, and all Zoners that done asked fer access through the coin done got it, but this lot of S.E.F. just don't seem ta know how to keep their word.

So, Mollys consider all S.E.F ships to be hostile, though Mollys will abide by any Zoner NFZ's and such like, but will defend ourselves if fired on inside one. All other Zoner access remains in place, and we'll add any others as requested, but S.E.F. gonna be payin' a price for their actions.

I have seen this S.E.F. group only on my scanners but never in person. I know little of them myself. It is obvious that they don't view Dublin as Molly space as we do. While this information is of little use to us, I'll keep it in mind.

Since I have your attention, I would ask clearance for Med.Force.One to pass should it be needed. Generally, it stays here in Zoner space but in the event of an emergency, passage permission would be appreciated.

TAZ is already on the green list for access through the blockade. It be the intent ta keep out them sairs not the Zoners. Neither Mollys nor I got any objection to OSI, TAZ, CoF or FP1 capital ships. The SEF being restricted was due to them shootin' at Mollys in the past.

It is most unfortunate when some elements of our people choose a harsher road than others. I have only heard of these S.E.F people in passing and to my knowledge we have no formal arrangements with them. As such we have no objections and appreciate your understanding of the nature of the Zoner way.


On an unrelated note, Be sure to drop by Nichols Trade Center sometime, you never know what goods we have for sale!

I have met with the leader of this S.E.F. personally while in orbit outside Gran Canaria. This mister Varcona seems to wish to keep to the usual Zoner ideals of neutrality, though he might have some, shall we say, overzealous personnel.

Matters between this S.E.F. group of Zoners and the Mollys are, for the present, resolved peacefully.

With the Zoner peoples being rather disparate and lacking a centralized government (which I must confess has at times an odd chaotic appeal) the Mollys do wish you, the more prominent of the Zoner groups, to understand that occasional hostilities with one Zoner faction is not meant to be hostilities towards all Zoners.
