Mattias was sitting in his seat at the bridge of the Ruhr, reading the transcripts of these remarkable New Berlin system-wide broadcasts. Something just wasn't right. He wasn't sure whether or not to reach out and broadcast a message himself, but something had to be done. The evidence of the HC attempting to assassinate one of their own was overwhelming - he knew he wasn't the only one who would think twice before following HC directives from this point on.
