Banned for disconnecting :( plaese help

Hi all - Att admin

I got banned from the server and i really did nothing wrong but i got disconnected alot of the time and i dont know why....is there an another update i should look at?

The only changes i made to my installation files is a resolution fix i dont know if it could be that?I put alot of time in that server and i would appreciate some help please.

Is it possable to "unblock" me from the server or is there no way of picking up where i left off on my own acc and start a new one?
