The Squamata adds an extra wing near its middle wings.
The Aurora Noir adds a component that is similar to 2 engine components of the Cuirassier near the windows of the ship.
The Grandeur Noir is similar to Aurora Noir, but darker.
Doubtful. Saying "add this here" or "add this there" doesn't really actually edit the model. After that it needs to be assigned to some selling points, loadouts need creating, hardpoints, NPC templates... It's not just a matter of "hey, make this ship". It takes some doing.

First; the Brigands don't get Noir ships. Corse do, as theirs are based off the Brigand shipline. (Mistral --> Mistral Noir, etc.)
Second; the Corse lose some hull (not much), whilst gaining power and some maneuverability. You have the Corse as losing both hull and power.
Third; all four groups can use the GMS VHF and SHF miners at 100% core.
Lastly; Council and Unione Corse are quasi-legal, which is an important difference from unlawful.
