Some information for Recruits.

Alright, Ive seen a lot of "One weekers" in the task force, i suggest if you wish to join, then think about whether you can keep a commitment or not.

Please bear this in mind.

Several Measures have been taken to accommodate all ship classes, not including carriers, (Due to them not having a use in the task force)

Fighters/Bombers/Gunboats: Require a minor evaluation

Cruisers/Battlecruisers: Require a short training course and evaluation (Depending on how he/she performs in the evaluation)

Battleships: These are restricted, and can only be permitted by the Admiral himself, an evaluation of performance using such a vessel with at least two Admirals Present, which then will be assigned a rank (Depending on evaluation of performance) This will also require a training course, (Again depending on how he/she performs in the evaluation.

Description of Evaluation:
All evaluations are to take place in New Hamshire (Due to the tougher missions on which we use as the objective) Then based on how the person being evaluated uses the ships or resources given, the evaluators discuss the performance (We put the person to be evaluated in charge of a group of ships)

Any ship losses or damage is counted toward the final performance report, after if the person in question passes the evaluation and depending on how well, they will either recieve a training scheme to attend (basic flight training/and answer any questions he/she may have.) or be assigned a rank.

I hope this would encourage people to join us, and to make it easier to understand, most of the evaluations are carried out by Vice Admiral Wolf, however this may vary depending on who is availible at the time.

Our forum: 41sttaskforce.forumotion.co.uk

Also, we ask that you give us your skype name (makes it easier to keep track of those who wish to join)

PM me on forum or the following people in game If you have any questions or wish to join:

41st|Battleship-Phoenix:
Under command of: Admiral Jack Smith

41st|Battleship-Iowa
Under command of: Vice Admiral Joseph Wolf

41st|Battleship-Wyoming
Under Command of: Rear Admiral Kyle Weaver

(Note the battleships are all admiral controled, due to the heavy restriction-Some Exceptions may be made at the request of the Admiralty)

I hope this make things clearer to people who are interested.

Jack Smith of the 41st task force.

What will you give Liberty and the 41st| Task Force?
I will pledge myself to the 41st command aswell as Liberty. And i will stand fast in the face of adversity.

Have you read the Laws Of Liberty ,if so ,do and will you understand , respect, apply them?
I have, and i understand them.

Will you obey Orders from the Admiral,Vice Admiral,Rear Admiral or a Higher rank officer in the Fleet?
I will.

Do you already have a LN Ship? If so What is the call sign, and Ship's name?
I do. The LNS Arleigh Burke

Finlay: Please write a small Biography about your self.
I was born in a small city on Pittsburg, nothing much to say. I was really just an average joe. Things took speed when a group of 4 Navy fighters fought off a group of 7 Rogue fighters in the lower atmosphere of Pittsburg. That was the day i decided to become an officer in the Liberty Navy. My first assignement in the Navy was a marine. A combat medic to be precise. After which i served on the LNS Ravenswood for a year, after that i got my own command on the LNS Arleigh Burke. I have been flying with the 41st| Battleship Pheonix, and here i started wanting to get more involved. Which is why i'am filing this application.

//OORP information:

How long have you been Playing FL ?,and how long for Discovery?

Yes and i understand them.
Have you been sanctioned Before ?if so Why?
Yes. Abusive language back in my first year on the server. Nothing since.
Do you have Skype?(it is very Helpful, but not necessary)
Yes. My skype is: Dennis_Isen
