Well, given the fact that there is nothing to base the cases on and that the RL comparisons will always be one big hassle between continental and UK-US system, its a bit of a wasted effort I say.
One comparison above others - there is no international law or inter-house law for that matter in Sirius, making one powerless when it comes to forcing some other house to submit to judgement of the court. Nor to mention, nobody will ever give up or pay anything.
You will likely never have a chance against the sketchy Laws and eve worse interpretations of them, as well as against the policy of "we ban/fine/shoot what we do not like at will", but it creates roleplay and adds something to the universe. So... good job!
yes I realize that I did just grave dig this thread like it was the medieval age but i just wanted to say that I am going to try to bring this back it's just been difficult to find time for this as i've been very busy with the military. that being said i'm going to start remaking the Sirius Law firm page and am looking for a partner if anyone is interested.
