Its the cloaking device at the bottom of that scan that has me a little concerned. Captain Polstari attempted to confront the commander of this "judicial armoury" about this illegal device, however he quickly docked on Newark.
Any explanation for this flagrant breach of our laws?
The ship in question does not fly the armory of the Judges. It is the private enterprise of one Judge. The sales and/or profits from that enterprise go solely to this person. When I asked him about the cloaking device he informed me he was simply holding it for another pilot passing through for a few hours as a courtesy. He said he was unsure as to the legality of the device in Liberty space.
That said, he is a Judge and any misconduct on his part reflects upon us all. I am responsible for their conduct as Judges. Therefore I will accept whatever form of punishment you deem is appropriate for this transgression. I further assure you this transgression shall not recur among the Judges. I formally apologize to you and the forces of Liberty for this occurence.
