Speaking of, was anything done of that or was it simply in Vanilla rumours like ALG's lobbying for constructing a shipyard.
Aet: That's something for ALG's factions to roleplay out. If they want shipbuilding facilities added to one of their bases, that's not hard to do. But costly...

Prison liner is apparantly useful for unlawfuls as well, it was a reminder to self to try and assign it to unlawful factions too, but I don't think I did in the end. Pilgrim liner's more useful anyway.
That Bastet is the new model yes.
Hmm, Aet, AFAIK, Rodent and Omicron proposed to use the Lightning model for a new Order Heavy Fighter, that can replace the Anubis, while Bastet stays as it is
and Nephtys using the Anubis model as MK II ship
Or is your statement "Order cannot get a Heavy fighter" still valid as Rodent mentioned on page 6 of the Lightning-Thread?
Aet: Anubis as a MK1 ship gets dropped entirely. It's stats were below that of a standard LF as far as I can tell, meaning it's just another vanilla leftover that has been superceded by the MK2 variant (Nepthys in this case). HFs are generally unpopular - factions do not need two of those.
Merc: Okay, thx for answer, Aet. One more question: What happens to those that MIGHT have
characters with the Anubis on server? Get swapped for a Nephtys?
Are you changing the lore now?
At the moment there is no military ship production on Oder. (Infocards/rumors/lore) Alster did take that part. So can you please exchange the sell points of the Rheinland GB to Alster instead?! For balancing reasons you should move the Stork to Oder then.

I didn't realise Rh caps were sold on Alster. Sounds like it was either an oversight or a convenience thing. Caps were always produced on The Ring (by Daumann, in the RM owned wing).
That was terrible mistake made by the devs, plus Alster got enormous, unjustified buff in development, while The Ring, the greatest shipyard in Sirius, still looks that same. I will ask devs to remodel it.
"RM owned wing" - entirety of The Ring is owned by Daumann, Oder as a base have RM npcs to show fact there's garrison onboard. Doesn't mean RM "owns" it.
That would mean the Oder yard would need to become a RM Guard base, which carries a host of other problems (such as empathy kicking many neutral objects into hostility versus visiting traders). Not happening Pavel. We're trying to apply equal rules to everyone - Samura lost their cap sales at the NT shipyard as well. It's meant to gently nudge players into not committing to a foreign cap unless you really really want to. IRPly military ships may still be constructed at the primary shipyards (Oder, Yokohama, Norfolk, Southampton) but their distribution is handled elsewhere.
And incidentally, Alster looks hideous now. That model that got glued on is WAY too big for it's own good.

Well must say i am allways a zoner.. Or at least MOSTLY. As i like that most.. but now i see some things wich gives me some questions.
As you told from the first post only Guard stations will have the big battleships. But from my Beloved Pueblo bonito it will be as follow:
Zoners
* Pueblo Bonito G
- Zoner Carrier
- Zoner Cruiser
- Zoner Destroyer
Well honestly i am curious what you see as cruiser and destroyer. As the corvo and fearless are both cruisers. But hope fearless will stay at our Pueblo. Same as the Aquillon as its now a gift from TAZ towards the people of Sirius. Wich the Juggernaut was from the omicromers
* Freeport XV G
- Zoner Whale (ST)
- Zoner Cruiser
- Osprey (VHF)
Hmm a cruiser at a freeport? would suit more if the gunboat would be sold there (conference)
Well this did surprice me most. as in this case if this would be realised inRP how would they be able to forfill the demands? As both Juggernaut and Carrier are here for the grasp. Think the old view about those 2 is still the best. Aquillon (carrier) Baffin only and Juggernaut O-74 only. As it would be an OP Zoner system otherwise too. In my views also due to FP XV.
For those who think its weird on Republican to be building capital craft and state such should be built at Oder. I present the following vanilla lore.
Quote:One of the first large-scale projects undertaken by Daumann Heavy Construction, the Oder Shipyards, is the largest in Sirius. In the past the majority of the Rheinland Navy was constructed in its massive bays, but after the destruction of the Navy during the 80-Years War and the economic crash that followed, Daumann has been forced to transition into the less lucrative fields of commercial and civilian ship construction.
Oder is fine as is Same with Alster. Don't ignore lore due to a request without doing your history.

Alster got the RM capship line contract after Daumann lost it after the Eighty. That's why the caps were moved from The Ring in .84 (a bug) to Alster in .85. It was noted here
AD: I agree, Alster looks odd with that big block just tacked on at the bottom. Not to mention the LOD is off, you can see the battleship before the shipyard. An aesthetic makeover would be lovely.
I dont see the BPA Guard bases Only bases selling ships are listed. BPA guard bases do not have ship dealers, so they're unlisted. Also: Poole is bumped to a standard system
Police factions can fly cruisers, and their guard systems should sell them so that the players dont have to rep military guard No. If police factions nheeeeed a cruiser, they can ask the military. Since both factions are usually allied, there's no real issue there..
DSE should sell mining ships. Maybe swap the Hegemon from Planet Denver with the Havoc MkII on Planet Pittsburgh. That would put the Ageira civilian bomber on a civilian station near their HQ too. Good idea. *todo list*
Not really understanding the civ ship distribution patterns. You have the Roc in a cluster at Kepler, Alabama, and Colorado... Ames could handle all of the sales for Liberty and Kusari, and Freeport 1 could handle them for Rheinland and Bretonia, then you could remove it from the half-dozen other sale points and free up those slots for things that make more sense to those factions. More or less randomised. I kinda went by "civvy ships available as much as possible, to all the 4 houses". Not always possible.
Why is planet Primus selling BWT snubs?
okay why are the Wild bases selling CTE ships and GRN Lynx? 'Cause they asked for civvy ships for covert-y business near Bretland. Since the Wilde are sleighted to stir trouble between Bretonia and Gallia, I figured giving them a GRN and Bret snub wouldn't be a bad idea either. With all the fighting going on, there's bound to be a few snubbies that go "missing" and end up under Wilde covert control. 's setting the faction up for a RP angle.
A few people have said that they like to fly the mk1 ships sometimes, which is why I suggested continuing to sell them but move them to a guard system where newbs wouldnt find them easily. Unlawful guard factions and house police guard factions are easy to bribe for rep, but you have to know to do it. So the weakest ships become the hardest to get? Sense, it does not make any.
