Destroyers and Cruiser are quite the same, same power range, hull range, and gun count. Battlecruisers are alot diffeent from Cruisers and Destroyers, they have more hull, more guns, more power, and better guns. Cruiser for me means Dessies, and cruisers are same to me.

Rather than spending the time to break this down per ship (since I'm not feeling that well due to stupid sinus infection), I'll just point out one minor flaw in your reasoning.
You say you're basing things on how ships have the same power, hull, etc.
While the Kusari Dessie and the Thresher do meet the same standards as, say, a light cruiser as far as those stats are concerned, the actual range within your ship list varies drastically.
The Irra has 10 turret mounts, with 4 x 7 and 6 x 6, 2.25 Mil power, 120K recharge, base armor of 375K, 750 b/b, angular turn of 22.92
The Rheinland Cruiser has 11 turrets, 4 x7, 7 x 6, 2.25 Mil power, 120K recharge, base armor of 390K, 825 b/b, angular turn of 19.10
The Thresher has 8 turrets, 2 x 7 and 4 x 6, 1.4 Mil power, 95K recharge, base armor of 260K, 650 b/b, angular turn of 22.92
Simply throwing all of the Destroyer class ships (versus destroyer NAMED ships, because the Bretonia Destroyer is a cruiser class, not a Destroyer class) in with the Cruisers doesn't do the Cruiser class justice.
The LABC - it has 13 turrets, 2 x 9, 1 x 8, 4 x 7, 6 x 6, 3.6 Mil power, 170 K recharge, 900 b/b, angular turn of 11.46
BUT - when you start looking at the actual battleships - let's look at one of the lightest battleships in the game:
The Mako - 12 turrets, 2 x 10, 4 x 9, 6 x 8, 7 Mil power, 220K recharge, 1500 b/b, 8.71 angular turn
Do you notice the difference between a Destroyer class ship (aka a small, or light cruiser) versus a regular or even heavy cruiser isn't that much different than the gap between a heavy cruiser and a battlecruiser? Certainly hugely and dramatically different than the difference between any cruiser class at all, versus a battleship.
In other words, if you're going to discuss cruiser class ships, you're either going to have to include ALL of them - including the battlecruisers, because regardless of your personal feelings about them, they're also cruiser class - or you're going to have to spend the time and pick out the lighter ships that should more properly be considered destroyer class (by ship size versus ship name again, since as I've already mentioned, obviously the Bretonia Destroyer is a heavy cruiser) and separate the list that way.
(I think Bretonia must've been pulling a Bismark in naming their cruiser class ship a destroyer - telling everyone it's a smaller ship than it really was.)
