We would like to ask for permission for the (ZRC) Zoners to dock at Perpignan Freeport, Roussillon, to haul Industrial Materials with Borderworlds Transport vessels.
This for the future to benefit from each other.
I believe you remember me, so I do not intend to waste time with introducing myself. However, to be able to forward your request to the rest of the Council High Command, I will need a properly filled version of a request formula. You can find this formula under§1.1.1.ofArticle VI. of theLaws of the Gallic Council, which you can easily access on THIS channel of the Neural Net. We are awaiting your reply, Monsieur.
Sincerement,
Colonel Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil
Chef de Groupement tactique Roussillonnaise

The High Command has begun reviewing your request. Speaking of which, a few questions have arisen, answering them would be essential for making the final decision. The questions are the following:
What exactly do the initials "ZRC" stand for?
What is the exact destination of the purchased cargo?
Do you have any other bussiness parties and if yes, who are they?
I hope a quick response will arrive from you soon.
Sincerement,

The Council High Command has made decision. As long as you keep us updated about your bussiness partners as well as fully adhere to the terms et conditions Monsieur Anders listed to you, The Council allows free entrance to Roussillon et docking permission to Perpignan Freeport to all trade vessels of the Zoner Research Complex.
Would you forget to do so or decide against these terms on purpose, the entrance et the docking permission will be revoked immediately.
Sincerement,
Colonel Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil
Chef de Groupement tactique Roussillonnaise
Ambassadeur Du Conseil
Merci for notifying us about the change in the administration of the base. However do not forget, that if you intend to hire haulers not flying under the tag "(ZRC)" to supply your base, I will need a complete list of these haulers, containing names, affilitations et identification papers. Any ship not being listed will have neither entrance, nor docking permission. In addition, The Council High Command reserves the right to modify the list in case it deemes neccessary.
Finalement, do not forget that if we find out that you send haulers apart from your own which are not on the list, et you do it on purpose, your group, the ZRC, will most probably be subject to§1.1.3.ofArticle VI. of theLaws of the Gallic Council, et any further punishments connected to it which The Council High Command deems fit.
Sincerement,
Colonel Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil
Chef de Groupement tactique Roussillonnaise
