What this particular contract would involve would be temporal priority access to Zone 21 for your vessels to transport a certain amount of resources, which of course would require a considerable amount of security checks and details for every single ship as well as, confidentiality for all employees.

I first want to apologize for the fact it has taken quite a bit to respond. Our desks are currently piled high with paper work, so I am responding personally.

IC| and DSE) have been discussing this greatly and IC| has reached an agreement. IC| has agreed to help =LSF= in supplying this base. The DSE) being a larger company has yet to come to an agreement.

As you have stated, as long as the money is right, IC| will keep aiding your cause. We do require atleast one Liberty Lawful escort when flying into liberty if there is one available. As long as everything has been cleared with the Liberty Government and Liberty Navy.

If you can agree on the above terms, then IC| can get started right away.
