We had ourselves a little situation at Beaumont Station in Texas. A mix of Rogues, Random pirates and a Hacker Destroyer were grouped around the station. Some of the Junker apparently were clear pirates. They even said so when I told them to halt their fire when our forces were engaged with the Rogues and Hacker.
We took out their forces without any loses on our side. A Liberty Assault Battle Cruiser took care of their Storta while me and an LPI pilot chased down the Frigates and the rest of the snubs following on that.
Their losses:
1x - Lane Hacker, Destroyer "Sorta"
2x - Pirate, Junker Salvage Frigate
1x - Liberty Rogue "Werewolf"
1x - Liberty Rogue "Greyhound"
1x - Outcast "Sabre"

Markley reporting,
I am not sure whether I should be glad or not about it, but I am more or less happy to announce that the eight hours flight time have been successfully completed. Surprisingly I only lost one of these little... or rather big fighters during my flight time. From what I have heard from other pilots, it is actually quite usual to lose your first ship. So I am glad it happened only once. It gives me a chance to improve and be better for the next time!
I have seen a lot of things with it. I was involved in all possible encounters one could think of and I have nearly always managed to get out of these situations, together with my ship, in one piece. I think I might miss the shippy, but I gotta move on!

Earlier this week, I followed a DTJ cargoship that was carrying basic alloy. It proceeded to [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. When speaking with the captain of that vessel, he was rather cooperative, and eagerly granted the [LN] docking rights. He was also rather concerned over the safety of his base, so the critical information has been restricted to the High Command.
Teerin out.

Recruits Chris Falcon and Tiffany Markley have completed their time as a recruit without incident. As such they have both been promoted to the rank of Ensign.
Miss Markley, Mr Falcon, feel free to requisition and equip a Guardian or Avenger VHF. The equipment has been reserved and set aside for your use. Good luck, and congratulations.
Was a interesting day once more. First off I ran into some Liberty Rogue Bombers at the Colorado Gate in New York, these were dealt with after a small fight. I can't think of anything better than to chase Barghests with an Anti-matter Cannon. Four of them blew up, one of which ran into a loot cloud with his own torpedoes. I guess he tried to take me with him in the blast, but the trick failed.
Tiffany Markley joined up with my patrol when I continued it. Our new ensign got to test her guns of her newly acquired Avenger on a Salvage Frigate, that was loitering around Beaumont base. It was one of the pirates I've reported about earlier.
When space had turned quiet I decided to check the job board for some supplied Bretonia needed. We shipped two loads of 810 vehicles to planet Cambridge with the Odyssey and Ens. Markley as escort. We did not encounter any hostile crafts so in the end it was all very relaxing.
Had a small encounter with a Rheinland patrol, existing of two wraiths. Both were taken down after a equal fight. Although it took around forty minutes to clear my six of them. One of them was a tough nut to crack.
After the little fight with the Rheinlanders I continued my standard patrol and had Sandra Rivers link up on my wing. She joined the patrol and I showed her around a little since she's fairly new to flying in the open, her not having too much experience in space yet since she not too long ago graduated from West Point. So I thought a small tour around the East of Liberty would do her good. She seems to be very promising and I heard she also requested a position in the Primary fleet.

After receiving reports of fighting in the California system commodore Caruthers requested the border wing I am assigned to to be on standby for primary fleet assistance. I launched and met captain Malrone in Newyork who was under attack by independant Rheinland craft.
As soon as I approached and asked if the captain required assis tance, I was attcked by one fo the rheinland craft. Since I flew an uphlder bomber and the attacking craft was a nimble Wraith rheinland fighter, I did not fight back and instead dived into cover fire from a nearby cruiser.
What I found disturbing is that both rheinland ships appeared to have weapons of unknown origin installed. I took a passive scan to be sure and am uploading the guncam image.
Sir Levine arrived and assisted the captain drawing one of the two hostile craft away but soon afterwards the captain's ship went off ina fireball. We could tractor his pod in fortunately. Sir Levine continued to battle the rheinland craft and eventually they left again.
Afterwards, sir levine took me on a patrol through California and introduced me to the system of Alberta. On our way back we received reports from a lane in California being under attack and we moved into position. A number of ships were there but upon arrival split up.
I myself was with the group that had a gunboat as target and after being cleared for attack patterns, I moved in on the gunboat. Having taken several hits from a nearby cruiser the gunboat was damaged and retreating. I just got a lucky hit with the bomber cannon.
Once that was said and done sir Levine introduced me to another system called Kansas where he explained the dangers of it to me. After that we parted ways and I returned to the Mississippi where I reported to the briefing room for debriefing.
This is my report to you, as per the commodore's request.

Greetings, sirs.
It's been a while since I've submitted a report here and I'm glad to submit a positive one.
It was another severe day of combat with Rheinland today. While I wasn't able to attend to all of it, reports indicate that it was another attempt to break our lines by Rheinland Military forces. Our secondary forces pushed them back to Hamburg, and then retreated after trading rounds with them their. Ensign Levine and I entered and engaged several of Rheinland's Primary Fleet fighters, several of whom fell back under our fire. We managed to fall back in one piece and had expected the combat to be over when even more Rheinland capital vessels followed us back to Texas. We quickly swapped out for Upholders while Ensign Markley joined us to provide cover. Losses were traded on both sides, though with both Ensigns' assistance I was able to down two Rheinland warships while the remainder retreated. I'm aware that Levine and Markley managed to tag several snub vessels during this period as well, though I leave that to them to detail. Attached are the killshots of the two Rheinland Cruisers that bought it in Texas today.
Shortly thereafter I was contacted by a Bretonian Armed Forces convoy flying through the California system that they were under assault by a Liberty Rogue Gunboat. I moved command to the LNS Chico and managed to intervene with successful results. The convoy was able to continue unmolested after this.

Earlier today I received a message from the BPA about a base in Magellan. I launched my bomber and decided to investigate. Upon my arrival I saw a Zoner Whale, Zoner Corvo, and a Bowex Firefly huddled around the base 'necessary', and were being charged by a BPA for supplying it. We eventually convinced the Corvo to leave, but the transports wouldn't listen, and we were forced to destroy them. Later I caught up with the Corvo, and he decided to engage me. I called in for assistance, and the Bretonian forces and the LSF Kings Bay arrived to destroy the cruiser
The base's specifications are as followed:

SUBJECT: Invasion report, operation " SUDDEN STRIKE " ENCRYPTION: Low PRIORITY: Very High
Greetings, as everyone know, Rheinland is losing war and our forces outnumber them 2 to 1, however for a long time now, Rheinland created unbreakable defence in Hamburg on 2 strategic points, Battleship Westfallen and Planet Hamburg.
Our fleets in the past tried to break Hamburg defences for a long time with terrible results as enemy fleets defend both positions with Battleships and Cruisers, and they have many carriers and station with high number of very good fighter and bomber pilots, to make matters worse, Shipyard located near planet Hamburg constantly send reinforcements.
Every time our fleets tried to break defences on planet Hamburg or on Battleship Westfallen, they were quickly outnumbered, those who tried to retreat was ambushed by enemy bomber wings.
Because of that we were forced to fight in defence, as MND Cruisers attacked Texas, New York and California.
Several days ago after defeating enemy forces in Texas navy fleet counter-attack and pushed enemy back to Hamburg and then returned to Texas, however SFC decided that this war can not end quickly with defence alone, so we prepared offensive plan what is mix of Ambush, Blitzkrieg and Hit and Run tactic.
Our operation codename was " SUDDEN STRIKE "
The clue of the operation was to do something unexpected by enemy.
1 of SFC patrol pilots and my gunboat was send as scout and bait in this operation as we watched enemy movements on Planet Hamburg, meanwhile SFC fleet was on stand by in battle formation.
Fleet formation - http://oi45.tinypic.com/2ln8l8k.jpg 1 Carrier, 3 Dreads ( all equipped with cloack technology SFC was working on for some time ), in front 4 Battle Cruizers.
Enemy fleet had 3 Battleships ( 1 Rheinalnd battleship, 1 Rheinalnd Carrier, 1 Kuzari Battleship codename Project.Dragon, he was equipped with Jump Drive ).
4 Cruizers, 3 gunboats, 3-4 fighter/bomber pilots.
Enemy cruisers, Gunboats and Carrier were all over the place for high mobility when they 2 Battleships were fortified near Planet Hamburg, meanwhile enemy subcrafts were attacking fighter pilot SFC|Patrol-6
Our 3 Dreads and 1 Carrier activate cloack and moved to planet Hamburg, keeping 1 k distance from enemy Battleships and they were ready to attack Project.Dragon and destroy him before he will managed to jump to safely, meanwhile our 4 Battle Cruisers were distracting enemy forces, I and Patrol-6 went closer to Project.Dragon with CD on standby.
Operation end up to be a complete success, enemy cruisers were to far from planet to notice our Dreads and Carriers uncloaking, enemy battleships were captured off guard, Project.Dragon was destroyed and next enemy Battleship as well.
With enemy stronghold destroyed, we begun hunt on enemy Cruisers and Gunboats, without stronghold to coordinate defence we managed to deal massive losses.
I failed to capture all enemy destroyed ships, so here are data from battle log on Battleship.Melinda

After dealing big losses to enemy forces, we decided to retreat main fleet and sacrifice small squad to hold enemy off.
Everything happened just as we predicted, enemy fighter wings tried to slow down our fleet in Bering, and enemy bomber wing tried to catch us from Hamburg.
My gunboat, fighter pilot SFC|Patrol-6 and Battle Cruiser SFC|LNS-Ravager and Battleship Melinda stayed in Hamburg to keep enemy distracted until our fleet would return home safely.
I and Ravager end up fighting 3 fighters/bombers and 1 cruiser, after heavy battle enemy cruiser tried to escape but I followed and finished him off.

We would be able to fight enemy fighters and bombers longer, but then 2-3 Reaver bomber pilots arrived and targeted our ships, the moment they arrived, it was a lost battle.

We expected that Ravager would be destroyed, so I retreated from battle and returned to Texas since enemy was to busy to notice it.
Battleship.Melinda activated cloack device and retreated from battlefield before it was to late.
Final result of operation " SUDDEN STRIKE "
Our losses: 1 Fighter pilot, 1 Battle Cruiser
Enemy losses: 2 Battleships, 1 Carrier, 6 Cruisers/Gunboats, 3 fighter/bomber pilots.
The reason for our heavy losses in Hamburg is that enemy have organized defences and is capable to hold up until enemy bomber wing arrive and destroy our fleets 1 by 1.
Yesterday victory was result in splitting enemy forces all over the place and surprise unexpected attack what captured enemy off guard and cause chaos in enemy ranks, hunting remaining forces and quick retreat before enemy bomber wings arrived.
Proved successfully, we will continue our operation on enemy territory.
