i think so
a day has 5400 turns of 16 seconds
and every 16 seconds 2 basic alloy for repair
so yes

Yes unless base is attacked it will use 10800 Ba per 24 hours

I am not a native English Speaker, so i make grammar errors.
But it annoys me when people make silly comments about that... especially brits who for the most part can't speak their own language let alone anyone elses!

why would i be losing people at my base? like i lose ten at a time but they got fwo. never ran out of any of them??

yes it needs 16200 mox and no one can dock while shield is up

So how would a base operator or administrator go about defining a tag as being hostile. I know how you can define them as being friendly but the above implies you can define a tag as being hostile yet I can find no command to do this.

I believe that statement was added in case this was added. There is no current way to do so.
