I have money to buy battleship. I like two factions: Corsairs and Outcasts. But they battleships are both good, and i like them both. I don't know which ship to buy...

Outcasts can fly in Bretonia/Liberty too.

Outcasts are supposed to be neutral to Bretonia, and you'll get shot by people on both sides of the law in Liberty (which I guess is what you are looking for). There will be a lot of targets for you in the Taus where they are supposed to be used by lore (as well as against the Corsairs in Sigmas and Omicrons actually), but you do have other options of course.
