My Respects for the Crete Council of Elders.

Today and yesterday our base in omega 15 was visited by the corsairs pilots. However there are plenty of corsairs groups who follow their own agenda. |Sails| looks firendly, others are less.

We had issue short time ago regarding one fo your heavily Osiris class BS who opened fire on our station stating that O15 belongs to corsair empire and that we built unlicensed base on Your teritory.

We dont condemn this act of hostility, actually according to our expirience with Spaniards, that is some way to gain our attention among your people, as we were preoccuiped with local issues in our sector naglecting our neibghourhood.

We carefully studied the codex of laws of free people of Hispania before setting the base and found in article 1, paragraph 1 which define Corsair territory that o15 is not mentioned even not as protectorate. ... My personall appinion that enforcing protectorate in system which there are so many diverge faction in bad relations is not worth troubles...

In some crude formalities we could free to make protest note for such stance of your pilots, but that is not fruitfull at all. We trust You are capable enough to measure what is appropriate for some future relations. We are neibghours still, lets look on more productive way.

As band of zoners we deal with one zoner branch you ar very well aknowledged with - OSI indistries. They are helping us on some degree with developing our base , counceling about schedules and so. Their facilities are directly under your protectorate sectors, so we inquired about relationes diplomatic stance toward Corsairs and so on. They shared some basic non classified data regardin that matter.

As we figured out your home planet and facilities need certain materials which can not be obtained in outskirts sectors of Sirius.

Now, this is our line of thinking. We need to summon some of OSI resources to back building of our base, so we presume that they wont be able to supply your system so frequently with big project doing in same time. We can offer to haul instead of them all materials you find cruciall. That will be opportunity to get more accustomed to each other. This would be one one... hmm not-so-spectacular-way to start relations in terms of hot tempered Hispanics, but will give one healthy and natural prospectives for some future coexistance an mutual gain.

Who are you again? I don't think we've met, nor have we had the pleasure of recieving a notice on forehand of your attempts to set up a base in the middle of a warzone...

OSI hasn't informed us of your base either... Think about this, if OSI doesn't bring their regular deliveries and some of our civilians won't get their food in time. I'll come down their and drag your body all the way to crete for them to devour. Capiche?

Now senor, my sources tell me your base is still operational. In Hessian territory so you must be doing something to keep them happy. If you want your base to be safe from our harm make sure you uphold neutrality. Heck, the Confederation of zoners might be interested in assisting you.

After Reading this Message, CCed to us by Mr Prescott, id like to assure you that OSI have more then enough resources and able ships to continue our supply of food to your planet.
Mr Prescott does not Represent the OSI and as such, has no idea as to what assets we have at our disposal, and hopefully he will not make such a presumption of my company again in future messages to you or Others.
My apologies if he may have given you the impression that we cannot extend our ships to other projects at the expense of such a valuable trade that we do for you.
You have my assurances that your food supply from us, will be kept on schedule with the usual amounts.

Good Mr. Voncloud , even better then, we sent yesterday shipment of food to Gamma in any case, so as OSI has enough resources to support both we are free to focus on our affairs. However, i have one transport ship OSC tagged from my younger days which i flew. I will personally bring some luxury consumer goods from planet Baden Baden , still i have some connections there to obtain it rather easy.
I think i will visit Crete, havent been there 8 years ago since last deal with artif.... well , i wanna recall some fond memories.
Let it be a gift of good will if we dont suffer from scarcity atm.
