One of the best ways of winning an Encounter battle on the Murovanka map, no matter whether you spawn in the north or south base, is to clean out the forest flank in force. When spawning in the north, one of the biggest errors is not pushing in the forest, but just waiting there. When spawning from the south, one of the biggest errors is to wait at the small hilly forest patch, which often works during a standard battle.
But with the encounter battles, both spawn points are close enough to the "magical forest", so pushing through the forest will often decimate the enemy team enough to allow you ample time on the clock for cleaning up any cappers.
The tactics used in this battle, was to get 2-3 vehicles to cover the cap zone from the south without capping, while the main force pushed hard into the forest, and then crossed over the mid and northern field. When done properly, with focused fire on detected targets in the forest, your team should have no problems cleaning up the rest of the enemy.
This battle also netted me another Confederate achievement, which is among the most valuable achievements IMHO - It shows you did your part for the team. Often, when getting the Confederate achievement, you also make the most XP and credits - since those earnings are more related to how much damage you dealt, not how many kills you made.
Victory!

I am really fond of the US Tier IV TD, the T40 - Its low profile, good speed, and fairly decent frontal armour makes it seem like a souped up Marder-II - specifically when mounted with the 76 mm gun. Just like many of the US TD's, the T40 can multirole better than many of the other nations TD's, and fullfill a role not just as a TD, but also as a fairly fast attack-scout.
Although I see a lot of people prefer using the One Hit - One Kill 10.5 cm Howitzer, on the T40 just like on the T82, especially after the introduction of Premium HEAT ammo for Credits, I must admit the fast firing, fast reloading, fast aiming and accurate 76 mm gun is more to my liking.
You can put a lot of steel on target faster and more often with the 76 mm, and a missed shot doesn't matter as much. With the 10.5 cm Howitzer, a missed shot often means death to you by your intended target, due to the long reload and aiming time of that gun. Of course if you hit with the 10.5, most often its a kill in the battle tiers that the T40 normally participate in.
Victory!

Ruinberg is one of those maps in a standard battle, where its a good idea to spread out. Most often, the team that manages to get the mid east flank at the village, ends up winning the battle.
The mid east flank lets you get to the base defenders when spawning from the south, as well as shooting or flank down the road to the city center, if any of their team is there. Its also not to far away to get back to the base area, in case the enemy punched through the city.
This works fairly well for the North spawn point too, although they have less clear shots to the southern base defenders.
Dat HEAT ammo.
Fun thing is that it's not even an x2. http://i47.tinypic.com/2vt702h.jpg
P.S. There's been an event with the Top Gun granting 1500 bonus experience, so the amount of XP doesn't seem terrifying.
Bought a SU-122-44.
Good god, this is a doombringer device on tracks. Dat KV-1S cannon that fires each 6.9 seconds and dat speed and dat soviet stealth generator.
If it's against tiers 7-8, then it's one of the funniest tanks ever. It has big problems with tier 9 tho, needs gold rounds for those.
