Question regarding AI lore-history-background-anykindofinformation

As you can see by my title, I am interested in knowing more about AI.
So far I only find something about them in description on Planet Gammu, and on each of the ships. There are also 2-3 sentences about that subject in Discovery timeline, but ugh.... hat doesn't explain a bit of them.

So, I am wondering is there something else I haven't found about them, or is that job left to community and to each player to write his own story about AI(which I think is dull).
