we understand, you and your organisation put safety first. But it is of immence importance to map each system in its entirety. As the Red Hessian Army is responsible for their own people as well as for those who live in the ZoI of RHA, it is also in the interest of your organisation.
Regarding secret installations, we can offer you, to pixlar theses areas in the map, and keep the exact position under tight wraps. Being observed and protected by your ships while acting in your secure areas would be acceptable.
Unfortunally we cannot give you any access to data collected under special security behalfs of any 3rd party. This would undermine our neutral position and cause our mission to fail. I am sure, you understand, we treat 3rd party secrets in the same way, we will treat yours.
As a side note: HRC-KopernikusV will not have any data onboard. It uses a livestream to ensure, the collected data is stored savely at the HRC itself.

first of all, thank you for acting like a mindopen, forward looking company.
All your restrictions are fully acceptable. To fulfill our mission objectives, we only need access to the docking area of a station to speed up the check of the exact position. But we really appreciate to have access to the repair bay and commodity dealer if necessary. Also I am sure, after days in space, our crew would not mind to have the one or other beer in the bar together with the Daumann employees.
Regarding Krupps, it would speed things up, if we would be allowed to dock there. Using the instruments of the autodock system will ensure, the position is detected in a fast and correct way. For sure, we will agree to all security advices while docked at Krupps and will not leave the docking area at all. Hopefully you can agree upon this.

sorry for the late response, but I was somehow confused by your message. According to our information, there are no Bundschuh installations in the systems we plan to map in this step. It took some time to review our infomation, but still, we could not find any Bundschuh station within Koeln, Stuttgart, Dresden, New Berlin and Hamburg. To prevent any unwelcome happenings, we ask you to contact us, if there are any areas in these systems claimed by Bundschuh.
Regarding your request for military information we may gather, I need to tell you, HRC will only have acess to the docking areas of any station. Our mission is to collect astrophysical data and we are not interested in any military secrets at all.
As we offer every organisation to keep their detailed locations under tight wraps, I am quiet sure, you understand and expect to be treated same way.
Your organisation is responsible for the people living under your leadership, so we kindly ask you to review your position and perhaps come to the conclusion to cooperate with HRC as soon as we map any system with Bundschuh installations.
