Got a bug for you:

When you're having a name in the Watchlayers list which contains an apostrophe ' (e.g. K'hara|)the program crashes once hit the scan button. Haven't checked it for other punctuation marks yet.

Ow, overlooked Thanks - fixed now, i will post an update tomorrow.
If you need to find those K'Haras today - try using two ' instead of one. Like K''Hara, where '' are two symbols.
Also * caused crash in some places, fixed that too.

New version released, both zip and exe installer.
Many bugfixes (including string parser), new notification system, new search algorithm; parser optimizations - now it works faster;
now online list indicates found players (green), players moved after last refresh (light gray) and new players (darker gray).
Maybe the list refresh while searching the table will crash W, i will look at it later

Yepp, another new version fixed possible crashes caused by user there and there, added some context menus for each data table, and added new feature: player base watcher.
