I supposed I should have realized that a long time ago, but them's the breaks.
Anyway, me and a friend decided to build a base, we have followed the kusari codex, and before hand also got the approval from a navy pilot "KNF".
Though, information was false cuz now they claim the base has to be 3km away, so because of that false information, now 3 days of hard work are gonna go into the trash.
the other knf's understand the situation, but they can't do anything about it.
Admins themselves don't respond, even with a "Yes its possible" or "no it's not possible" to move the base a bit but remain silent, so i have no choice to give up. ( and i realize they are busy )
I even told them im willing to drop the 10k fuel so it will be easy for them, cuz atleast im rightful and good.
So if anyone decides to build a base in kusari, don't.
You pay for their mistakes, so called " authorites"
Itabashi base in NT , near planet newtoyko violets their codex but no.. thats okay, they can use double standard.
Itabashi the base outside NT has defence platforms in the trade lane rings and the base itself is less than 3 km from the capital planet docking ring ans 1.6 or 1.7 from the trade lanes.
you have a logfile that proves without doubt that the KNF approved the base at the location it is now. - that is a prerequisite! if you do not have that - you are out of luck anyway.
option 1
the KNF takes responsibility for misinformation - and either pays for a reconstruction - or agrees to partly pay for it.
option 2
you find an admin that recognizes that it is not your fault and he moves the base or encourages option 1
option 3
you suck it up and rebuild - after all - the process is the goal, not the achievement. - if you are into that kind of zen.
if you do not have the pre-requisite, you may as well just do option 3 anyway.

Try and appeal to them in some way to let your base become the exception? A pledge of allegiance, bribe or maybe an appeal to honour would work? Ask around.
