Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
There is a little something attached to this transmission - a little something that I, and the whole Oberkommando at that, find not exactly amusing. Therefore, we would like to hear your stance on this. Is it common practice to provide shelter for criminals on your station?

Vizeadmiral,
You don't have to tell me about the scourge of such Battleships! In fact, that very Hessian was threatening to open fire on our station. If it did, in fact, moor outside, I assure you it was against our direct orders to the ship. As I said, it was causing us great fear sitting out there. We appreciate your fine soldiers chasing away or removing such threats.
As to these Bundschuh, I was unaware of any of them aboard our station. Perhaps they had docked while we were having that standoff with the Hessian? I believe many of our docking personnel were taking cover for what we felt was inevitable mortar fire. As you know, the Bundschuh are very tricky because they so often look like regular civilians. Rest assured I will look into whether or not this was a mistake or not; If not, I will surely turn over anyone who allowed such known criminals aboard against all orders, logic, and the law.

Herr Thompson,
I am glad that we see eye to eye on both the annoyance these vessels pose as well as on the trickery of the Bundschuh - I really am. Gut that our forces were present to drive those unwanted visitors off for good.
That being said, to avoid any such further incidents, I advise to raise the security checkups on your Depot. As you have already stated - the methods of these so called revolutionaries are full of trickery and deceit. I wouldn't be surprised if one or two farmers would attempt to smuggle themselves on-board your installation inside a shipment of Stuttgart potatoes if they saw the need to do so.
A watchful eye can never hurt.
Hochachtungsvoll, Vizeadmiral Theodor Wilhelm Falk von und zu Sittlingen, Rheinwehr Hauptflotte.

Vizeadmiral,
You are very right. A watchful eye always helps, and I believe that we will be evaluating those who are in charge of docking clearance. In addition, I promise we will check all the potatoes that arrive on our station.
