Your request is a little bit unorthodox, but I think I know what you mean. I'm sure that the Lord.Hackera Liberty Carrier isn't really your ship per say, Smirnoff-san, seeing as it would be quite impossible for you to be both a ranking Liberty officer in the command of a Carrier, and at the same time a fellow gas miner of the Guild.
Nevertheless, if you think it's a good idea and recommend that the Lord.Hackera is allowed into Guild space for the purpose of conducting hyperspace jump-trade, we'll trust your judgement in this matter, though we'll hold you responsible for any mishaps.

Due to events unfolded in Bretonia on the 25th this month, and because of the actions then, I'm hereby withdrawing the permission for the Lord.Hackera to enter Okinawa and Guild space, for the purpose of conducting hyperspace jump-trade or otherwise. Any earlier recommendations and sponsorships made by the Guild on its behalf, are also withdrawn.
We can no longer trust your judgement, and as you were previously warned, you would be held responsible for any mishaps.
Make sure that the Lord.Hackera stays out of Guild space, Smirnoff-san, or the Paramilitary will ensure that it does.
