Mining seems bugged after crash

We were mining in Munich in the DHC aluminium field. We didn't get one piece of ore out of it despite using correct ID / IFF / mining laser setup and being in the correct location where it worked before. We tried mining with Arrastra and later a Hegemon, didn't work.
It seems that the mining or atleast the mining area is bugged.

Guns are not doing damage at the moment, so you won't be able to 'damage' the rocks to get any ore. Unless you want to mine with missiles, you'll need to wait until the server is restarted.
