Equipment swapping stopped?

Hi

Just went to start a second session to swap some equipment between ships and the session was disconnected after about five seconds.

I know that equipment swapping used to be allowed as the only time to multi-box for a couple of moments. Has this been stopped, does anyone know?

Yeah, the multiboxing has been scrapped for the time being. Dunno if they plan to re-enable it.

Or two laptops/PCs.

Being able to multibox on one Laptop/PC/whatever else that can run FL isn't possible anymore.

Or they can make the plugin kick after 10 or so minutes, enough to trade equipment but not enough to trade commodities

That was how it was before, wasn't it? It gave you a few minutes, then booted you. Just a pita having to waste time and cash gettong multiple copies of all kit.

It just seems a bit wierd that the rules specifically state that it's ok to multi-box for the sole purpose of swapping equipment/cargo, then set the server up so as to not allow it.

Just 2-3 minutes will do.

Would be great, actually. Would also revive indie mining. (and that's something that always brought activity)
