I'm and Bretonian officer, who wished to stay unknown intercepted Galliv Valor-class battleship. Callsign: RNS-Paris. Its captain claimed to be rogue and received orders from Admiral Davis himself. Orders were to remain in Southamton Debris Field.
After long discussion, officer decided to let Valor go back to NL. And I simply hadn't enough firepower to take him alone.
