Those navy folks ain't really much, but they got big ships. And When I say big ships, I mean something that can shoot my little gunship out of space.

To get to the point, I've seen your mighty ships fly around and they sure are nice. Lots of armour and isn't that bad to look at. Now, I'd like myself to be protected by one of those. The nice RA-4 design, to be exact.

Anyhow, a RA-4 is what ye wantin' ... it's a beast indeed, and to be honest - we don't own that many of those. Not even me, as right hand of Moka, own one of those gunships. And we surely give them only out to our most trusted people. Not to forget the comparatively high construction costs. And since the cardamine business with the 'Casts is runnin' worse than ever - I'll be forced to demand a small fee. Besides, before I'll order the construction of it, you should claim your first bounties for us. So we can judge if it'll be worth it.

To sum it up; what we want you to do is;

• Claim at least one bounty on The Rogue Hitlist
  
• Send a fee of 27.000.000 SC to LR-Daily.Penetration
  

Once done, you can contact me on this frequency and I'll let the docking control on The Nonsense Factory know, that ye'll be comin' to pick up the newly constructed RA-4. I'm convinced that ye'll do well.
