Yer question be right t' ask. T' Council has for te' past time been debatin' t' how we're gon' stop the increasin' Corsair advance in the lower territories , as well as increased Bretonian Capital Ship Operations in te' Northern Territories an' most urgent our Home, Dublin. We' been strugglin' t' fight off te' incursions into our home, only managing t' fight the foe off by such a margain. We've decided tha' we need more firepower. Yer Arbiter Class Ships provide us with t' firepower we need ta' be able t' fight off te' advancin Corsairs in te' South while not havin' ta' focus all our troops there t' be able t' win, which leaves our northern troops able t' defend our homes and the surroundin' regions. I hope 't be sufficient enough reason for ya'.
