After recieving the green light from Gallic officials to build a base within Tau-23 it is now up to you to make the final decicion if this base is going to be built or not. But let me lay out the busines plan for the base.
The base will serve as a tradehub between miners and haulers thus eliminating the need of always having a hauler present when mining in the field. We have planed to set up the base in close proximity to the mining field in order to enable the miners to focus on their task.
The base itself will be build, upgraded, managed and supplied by us: Omicron Supply Industries.
I hope you have heard of Omicron Supply Industries, or short OSI, which is the largest trading company outside of house space. (And mybe even bigger than some of the house trading companies).
If you have furter questions or just like to talk with us a little before reaching a decicion, do not hesitate to reply on this frequency or agree on a time and date for a busines meeting at OSIs own Club The Trade'n'Drunk.

thank you for getting into contact with the Independent Miners Guild about the Tau 23 project of yours.
I think that the OSI might want to take another opportunity into consideration that would save your company a lot of effort and waste of money.
You likely do not know that the IMG has a Niobium storage base that does exactly what your base project wants to achieve: act as a storage and resale depot. Our base is named Fort Siloso, it is 8k from the nearest Niobium field, a well-defended, well-hidden Core 4 storage unit, directly behind the Tau 39 hole. Discovery scanners can pick it up in the nebula, while all other scanners except the very large ones can't see not keep its position. It is also hidden against visual detection brilliantly and is very hard to spot.
Let me make a counter proposal: Instead of having multiple bases that rival each others' position, which would only lead to conflict:
The IMG opens Fort Siloso to the OSI and we have one base that is properly functional and frequented instead of two that try to keep their right of existence. The buy-in/selling price is 4000 credits per unit at the moment, a pricing that is negotiable if you find the alternative interesting.
The ressources that become free in case you decide not to construct a base in Tau 23 could be used for accessing other ressources, e.g. Beryllium in Cambridge or even in southern Tau 23. The ressource has hardly been developed and which is a greatly underestimated ressource, especially as you have already secured permission to build in Tau 23.
Your transponders have been added to Fort Siloso, so you can take a look at its positioning and the services offered at the base. You are heartily welcome to have a look.
I hope you dont expect me to say much as your offer has left me quite speachless. It is indeed an offer we cannot refuse as it spares us the resources needed to build and upgrade a base.
As you might know OSI is indeed not interested to create conflicts but seeks to use synergies with other factions and corporations.
Let me state again: We accept your offer and will add your base to our everexpanding trading network as soon as possible. Preferable tradroutes have already been scouted for our planned base. Therefore only minor adjustements will be necessary.

I am glad we could find a solution that works great for all sides involved. I have received reports that your vessel has successfully docked at Siloso and thus the docking transponders seem to work.
I would like to thank you for the easy and mutually beneficial solution and wish you and your employees good hours on the bases and good opportunities.
If you have any questions or any requests, do not hesitate to contact the Guild.
