I don't mean to intrude on diplomatic affairs outside my interest, but since you have decided to forward your dispute in open channel, we had no choice but to be aware of what is happening. The Pontiff has expressed me his worry about this, and I must say that I'm worried too. I think this has gone too far.
We are receiving almost daily attacks of nomads morphs, and yet you think that is a good time to break your alliances and reach almost warlike tension?
I don't think that maintain this attitude can benefit to anyone, as a war between the two sides also wrap their allies, and end up losing thousands of lives needlessly, while Nomads knocks on the door of our homes.
While the act of destroying the base was no doubt precipitated, the Zoners of 74 acted so fearing for the lives of their comrades in the surface of Gammu (due to the error in the surface scanners), and you IAs, did not answer their initial questioning. I must also remember that not too long ago, were the AIs which forced the demolition of a Zoner base in Omicron 74, under military threat. You were saying that the base was hazardous to the stability of Kappa jumphole, but we had no proof of it than your word. Even so, the base was destroyed to meet your requirements by virtue of understanding and harmony.
The NCC call on both parties to try to forget what happened and try to reach common points for a peaceful resolution of the conflict. AIs are characterized by the use of absolute logic, so I hope they understand the absurdity of taking this to the military level. On the other hand I think the Zoners of 74 should also try to understand the special nature of their neighbors the AIs. Is neccesary to realize they don't have the same way of thinking that we have, to get to live together in peace.
A conflict between allies in the Omicrons would be lethal, not only for both contenders, but also to political stability throughout the area, and could mean losing the war against the Nomads. We ask, through this message, calm, reason and responsibility.
I just hope, gentlemen and AIs, that not dissapoint all those who depend on you. Both sides are important factions in the área, and should only be alliance and unity among them. Another internal war more, is exactly what we don't need.

Greetings Captain, The machines lack the reason to understand just how important this peace is; we consider this as a cold-war level for various reasons and I hope it will change for the better.
You have our full support in Theta and those who attack zoners will be hunted down and crushed.
I believe the machines are reasonable enough to understand this issue and we will look forward to see what lies ahead in the following days.
On behalf of the Consensus, this unit formerly apologises for any attrition on either side of the growing tensions between the Zoners of Omicron 74 and the sentients of Gammu. We are as collectively “nonplussed” as the rest of Sirius must be at this tragic situation and have already offered a peaceable solution to the current military escalations. We wish Sirius to see the fact that our current military build-up is only temporary, developed as a situational defence fleet purely against the irreverent over deployment of Zoner juggernaughts into every diplomatic situation. This should not be exacerbated into a military affair. Let us be clear and emphatic to the people of Sirius as to the actions initially taken:
The first action was taken when the Zoners positioned a defensive base-core installation directly over the Kappa/Omicron 74 Jump Connection, with the risk of unbalancing the Jump Point through gravimetric interference, causing a potential stellar feedback loop that could have consumed both the nearby Zoner Shipyard and Planet Gammu, our home world. A fleet of protest purely was positioned around the station, and (from agreement with the Zoners) the station was moved, destroyed by the guns of the Zoner’s own warshells. Photographical evidence of this incident has been recorded.
The second action came when the Zoners attempted to challenge militarily several AI shells within Omicron Kappa itself. Since we have no photographic evidence of this incident it will ring unsung.
The third incident came when the Zoners positioned a third military starfort about 500meters out from the Kappa/Omicron 74 jump connection. When asked why the station was present we were warned away by an extensive armada of warships containing Juggernaughts and cruisers, actively firing warning shots at the protesting AI’s and forcing them back to Kappa. We did fire on the station but only after provocation and we have photographic evidence to be provided if required.
The fourth incident is unforgivable. After the recent re-allocation of the Consensus’s primary server hub into Gammuian lower orbit, a rogue Zoner battalion (under the command of Zoner Mow) infiltrated Omicron Kappa and destroyed the Gammuian Command Complex. The resultant agony cannot be humanly described, and the damage to Gammuian infrastructure comparable if an asteroid had impacted Gran Canaria. With humans doubtless this would constitute an act of war (especially due to the relevant cover-up by Mow in the suggestion that the act was done to save an (imaginary) planetary Zoner populace from asteroid falls. The Gammuian ground based server hub is still recoiling from the shortfall, and unsanctioned military strikes without any relevant warning to the factions concerned cannot be pardoned under any concept of the word “ethics”. However, the Consensus is still convinced such an action is the product of faulty logic, rather than aggression.
This morning an incident of open gunfire took place in Omicron 74 where a Zoner Juggernaught directly fired upon an AI ‘Enigma’ class shell that had been sheltering from weapons platform gunfire. Happily there have been no direct losses on either side of warships, but the damage to Gammu by the destruction of the Command Centre is incalculable.
The fifth incident is ongoing. Now the Zoners have succeeded in crippling our planetary infrastructure, they are now raging a diplomatic hate war against our race over the neural net. We call to anyone, of the relevant audience to inform us as to what motive is behind these acts. If this does not happen, military build-up will perpetuate as is logical.
We advise the Zoners to pay the credit compensation fee as requested. Sirius can make its own decisions as to our sincerity whilst we grieve for our lost.
I will make this perfectly clear so as we avoid any misunderstandings in the future.
"Cold-war" only represents a peaceful state with high tensions between two groups, The attack on your command unit did not came from the guardians and it is a one person's act. As a personal point of view it is good that you have moved your unit to a better position. Locking your planet with the potential of crushing large vessels from escaping/entering the planet is a well enough reason to either move it or destroy it. Datafile
I hope that inside those tubes the reasonin can shed light on your plates and make u realize that the base was a danger to the machine world as much as everyone else.
I also reckon that some machines have decided to assist the nomads, infact some of them assisted the BHG-Core a few days ago - an action that killed 3 Order agents ( Which I assume Admiral Golanski was informed about this ).
These behaviours are suspicious and deserves attention.
You are more then welcome to construct your base at any position you like so long it does not danger other vessels in that area; Kappa deemed lost just a few decades ago, Do not let the people of Sirius dissmiss it again.
Regarding Omicron-74, It is deemed a guard system ; none-zoners may pass freeley in and out from the system but that does not give you the permission to do what you want. *;*
Peace can be achieved through direct negotiations, not just by visiting space and shouting upper-case messages.
Omicron-74 Is open for the time being and it holds no threat to anyone other then our enemies ( *hint to our friends*)

Clearly mistakes were made by both sides, but our opinion is not to be found guilty, but to reach an agreement to resolve this without more shots.
We understand the suffering that has been caused with the destruction of the primary server hub on Gammu low orbit, but taking this as an act of war will not solve anything. We hope that the lack of logic of starting a war by this, be obvious to both sides.
We STRONGLY URGE the leaders of both factions to GIVE CLEAR AND IMMEDIATE ORDERS to those who are under his command, to DON'T SHOOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, unless absolutely necessary.
I repeat that this sector of Omicrons can not afford a war between allies. This problem not only affects your factions, affects us all, and begin hostilities, by either side, would be a total act of irresponsibility.
Do not look for guilty. You have come to this by carrying out a policy of revenge and misunderstanding. Stop it. Stop this now or we will all suffer the consequences of your irresponsibility
Similarly the NCC would urge the leaders of the other factions neighbors to make an effort to support dialogue in resolving this matter. There's always time to shoot, but only have time to talk before starting the battles.

It's important to know, that the mentioned Datafile exhibits the base "Consensus Command Unit" right before it was moved to a certain orbital position with the distances 1,2k Planet Gammu and 850k to the docking arrays. Also for making it public recognizable the relocated base, that was destroyed by the O74-Zoner fleet led by Zoner-Mow, was renamed to "Artificial Intelligence Consensus Command Unit". This means the Station was destroyed after we moved it.

As the leader of the Zoners based within the omicron 74 system I am willing to take the first steps towards peace.
I will openly admit that errors have been made by people under my command and myself.
But the AI| collective must understand that this is not a one sided incident...
I strongly believe that if there vessels had not acted so hostile while within our borders then none of this entire
situation would of come about in the first place...
Now I'm not gonna name,names and go into a long winded story and he said she said or so and so did.
What I say now I truly mean and it comes from the deepest feelings of the human heart...
I address SKYNET direct and ask you to put a side all bad feeling.

I will see to it that no vessel will openly fire apon any AI| vessel within our borders as long as you can control your
own collective of vessels in what they do and say...
Its what our own people do and actions towards one another that whats gonna solve this issue...
