I have to report you that ex-Caporal Vulpe Felanis has been found attempting technology theft yesterday, at 01.30 SMT. Monsieur Felanis has tried to breach into the Main Data Core of the CLN Pamiers, but has been caught mid-action by patrolling marines. He has successfully escaped their chase et vanished completely. Investigations indicated that no essential data has been stolen. System patrols has been doubled et both incoming et outgoing traffic is being monitored more thoroughly, yet it is still possible that he managed to escape from Roussillon already. Further investigations will be done in order to reveal his current location if possible.

I, Colonel Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil, leader of the Roussillon Battlegroup, hereby declare Vulpe Felanis a Traitor, proven for breaking §7.5. of Article III. of The Laws of The Council, by attempting technology theft, et suspected for breaking §7.4. of Article III. of The Laws of The Council, by attempting espionage. Monsieur Felanis is now Banned from Council Space et is considered Hostile to Council forces. Anybody aiding him in any way may bring the anger of The Council upon themselves. Anybody knowing anything about his location should not hesitate to contact et inform The Council about it.

This Vice Admiral Hall with his transmission kept me worrying for a while et I have to admit I think you were a bit too early with giving out the information he asked for in that message. What I find suspicious is that he asks for no questions as well as not to tell even to the Admiralty that he contacted us. What I find even more strange that he didn't even address your point about such mission deep into Gallia will definitely be a suicidal one. To this last oddity I have found an answer: he hires unaligned transports through a transmission restricted to Sirian transponders only. Luckily we here in Roussillon were able to receive it et I will make an attempt to relay it to Marne HQ.

All in all, the lack of information given by him along with the shady circumstances bother me much. The tools the Vice Admiral seems to want to use surprise me, et even if he knows what he wants to do, this is still Gallia, et things can easily get out of hand in a mere fraction of a second. Therefore I ask you, mon ami, to have some of your men keep their eyes on commerce traffic within the Kingdom in the near future. I hope this is not much to ask. I am also curious about your thoughts about this matter, my fellow Colonel.

If the security there is so poor that any kind of independent foreign transport would be able to cause a mess comparable to a Maquis raid, then you shall consider returning the forces in Roussillon to invade Ile-De-France for once and for all.

Meanwhile, I'll simply consider the threat levels in the capital world rather minimal. If such is our concern for civilian casualties though, nothing stops you from giving an anonymous notice to Ile-Du-Palais docking control about a potential terrorist attack.

Bonjour, Mes Camarades,

This is mon premier rapport on a recent battle in the system Tau-23 between The IMG, Le Conseil, and The CR against a collection of Outcasts. It started with Outcats assaulting Indochine outpost, myself one other Councilor and the IMG promptly destroyed one of their two Stortas while the other abandoned his camarade and fled to Cali for reinforcements. We pursued with a battleship on standby should things go awry - and as always, they did. Two Stortas arrived to engage our forces with a Tridente for backup, whom we forced to crash land on Cali effectively ending his threat to us.

The Stortas were another problem, and eventually Iseijin agents arrived to apparently back up the Stortas against us - I managed to kill one of the abominations before they withdrew for unknown reasons. The field calmed down for a while and I undocked around Java with my L'ane to study the radiation emissions from the local star, of course the Outcasts returned with two Stortas - luckily the IMG and CR responded in kind bringing two cruisers to the battle neutralizing the enemy. I spoke to Corseir Carabineros member, Pepe Ladron ... He told me about Grand Canarie crysis ... I delivered some important things there like Food Rations, Water, Pharmaceuticals ... Everything from Roussillon ... They told me, I should contact Corseir Elders ... Elders are something like leaders, who were choosen by Corseir people ... We can talk with them about new diplomacy between Corseirs and our Conseil...

Ma'am Sarpati informed you about action in Tau-23 ... Ma'am Sarpati arrived 20 minutes later after beggining ... Colonial Millitary pilots called me to the Tau-23, because they discovered Royal Navy fleet ... Valor, Obstinate, two Transports and one miner ... while before action I sent civilians to the Indochine, because they could be killed by Colonial Millitary and action began ... We damaged Cruiser by our guns and Obstinate docked with Indochine ... Valor was under attack and Royal reinforcements arrived ... Valor, Lynx and cougar against my Basilisk and Pythos ... My Colonial friends died and I tractored their pods ... Meanwhile Storta destroyers arrived and helped me with Valor ... I quickly escaped battle and resupplied my ship at Holman Outpost ... and When I returned back I saw Cougars attacking Stortas ... And at this moment ma'am Sarpati arrived together with IMG reinforcements...

Few more actions happened these days.
I was doing patrol in Roussillon, Baffin and Coronado, when I saw scared Freelancer Camara ... He said me, he saw Royal Navy in Cortez system. First time I thought he is joking, but when I jumped to the Cortez ... I was surprised. Valors and Cruisers were here. They quickly ran to the California and from California to Magellan, where we (Liberty Navy Fleet and me) catched one Valor. We damaged it, but Valor jumped to the Leeds. Battle continued there and few minutes later, we destroyed Royal Navy Fleet including 2 Valors, 2 Obstinates. We lost one Liberty Carrier and we killed one Liberty Navy traitor, who tried destroy our Colonial friend.

Next day I received transmission from Leeds. "Gallic Fleet near Planet Leeds". I found Bretonia fleet at Stokes station and we flew to the planet. Valors, Obstinates and Reaver. We made formation ... bombers first ... capitals behind them. Battle began. We took down ship called Tonnant and we lost Obstinate. But something strange hit us. Ionstorm ... While after storm we didn't see Gallic Fleet... It was strange but they were gone...

And today?? Today Bretonia forces called me to the Leeds. They spotted Valor near Leeds. When I arrived to the Leeds, Bretonia forces informed me about Valor. Valor was gone. I flew to the LD-14 and I bought MOX for my cloaking device. But later we found Royal Valor in Orkney system. Valor ran to La Riche and attacked us. But when he received several hits, he ran to the Languedoc. I flew to Leeds again, but I received emergency call from Colonial Mover. He docked on Holman Outpost and he couldn't fly away. Few minutes Later my Redemption arrived and attacked Valor. Meanwhile Colonial Mover undocked and ran away ... I hope he will pay me expensive drink...

Bonjour Conseil pilots and command,

Yesterday, capitane of Order secondary fleet, called me to the Tau-37. When I arrived I saw Order Battleship called "Osiris" and VHF "Nephthys". I wanted know, what are they doing here. While later, strange capitane and his friend Ashley docked and I took them to the meeting room.

Few seconds later, our scanners showed Maltesian forces. Aix-en-Provence was cloaked and prepared to fight with Maltesians, if they will attack Osiris. They attacked and it was surprise for them, when our Redemption has showed here.

Meeting continue and Monsieur Bramard joined us. I think Monsieur will explain more.

Few hours later I was called to the Tau-23. Royal Navy idiots engaged IMG ships near Java in the name of King. When I arrived with my Gecko, fight was over but new battle just began. Maltesians arrived. "Storta" and "Sabre" fighters were here. Strange, GRN contested system and Gallic unlawful groups were protecting it *facepalm*. Gallic Brigands, Council, Unione Corse, Maquis, Colonials... We all engaged Maltesians. I felt something nice... Gallic unlawfuls together against Maltesians. Sure IMG and Bounty Hunters were helping too. We destroyed Storta and my ship was too damaged and I flew to the Freeport.

Few minutes later, Bretonia Armed Forces called me to the Leeds. They told me something about Battleship in Leeds, then I arrived there in Aix-en-Provence. I was surprised, because Battleship, what they mentioned, was Redemption. Bretonia Armed Forces and Police Authority officers told me, Capitane of Redemption killed over 3 thousand people and helped smuggler. Capitane was under arrest and I allowed his arresting. But he ran away to the sun. Infestation??? or Insane Capitane??? While ago he dropped escape pods of his crew and we took them on Aix-en-Provence. Well, I never seen this, I'm uploading files.
