In the past several Order agents assigned to Rheinland area has been notoriously antagonized by members of Rheinland Military, regardless of our diplomatic status. I do not have to say how damaging it is to efforts of cleansing Rheinland from Nomad infestation. One even has been jailed in secrecy for simply entering Rheinland, since then he is no longer in captivity fortuanatelly.

What exactly I need to know are Militar's current command stance on The Order. Who views us as dangerous liability and who is known to co-operative against common targets should need arise. Perhaps you already posses such information. I am sure you remember case of Eckhard, influencial Militar's hero who proved to be infected by evidence supplied to you by Order. I am not suggesting this scenario has happened again but we must be prepared.
