Nope, sorry mate. I made the ship around two hours before I met you and never used the term zoner mafia until the encounter with your Kishiro. Noboy else was around either, mind you, so I think it was indeed you. You both talked the same way as well, mind you.
Now, since your death on your Kishiro| was caused by your stalling, even though you knew full well we were being hunted, we simply decided to waste you for not following an RP demand. One that our IDs allowed us to issue.

You used term "Zoner mafia" on yourself, even though you used Outcast id. Your ships belong to zoners and one of you had zoner iff. That's actually pretty much enough for Zoners to have iRP consequences.
I was only Kishiro that passed near, perhaps, but I wasn't only Kishiro/KNF player online at the moment. One way or another, if you make some new party and don't have special id for it, make it as faction at least, it wouldn't look like another bunch of lolwuts who wanna fake RP and fly OP ships.
Well, I am sure you will try your best to accuse me of some sort of OORP situation, after having lost two ships to the same group of players and then making a QQ thread on the forums.

While the system does of course make things much easier to get the tech that those who set the nerfs believe they should have, it does make things too easy for those who haven't RPed for it.
Some sort of system for official factions to harm the powercore further of stolen tech, or for the faction it is used by, to prevent the ship causing problems for that faction.
Something like Doj and Jetblack's OC Corvos that were actively hunting Zoners, Rogues and most people to be honest (and now there is at least one new Corvo, I wonder...) Of course factions can bounty them, but that hardly prevents them from being used and in fact just sends more targets their way for a PvP fix. Having the option to nerf these problem ones to 10% or whatever, while those with permission from the Zoners can keep it at 75%, would be preferable. Things like unlawful Freelancers using Bottlenoses who are found and reported to BHG would also be nerfed.
Another example would be Knjaz's Project:"Dragon", which I thought had a fairly decent backstory but of course caused trouble with the Liberty, Kusari and Rheinland governments. With the RP behind it I'd think that warrants 'acceptable rebuilding and operation' so it could be repaired and have 90% core, but Rheinland would be allowed to FR5 it so it would have to be supplied by those secretly supporting it (rather than RNC openly laughing at [RM]'s orders) and find somewhere else to dock.
